"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Kihei Resort in Kihei makes for easy travels for food, beaches, and of course all of the touristy things that one may wish to do whilst there. This home that you too can is fitted up nicely with new furnishing, kitchen utensils, bedding, and the like to make a stay of any length comfortable. The drawback, because every place has at least one drawback, is alas your visit will come to an gradual end and as you glace back through the locking door you will already be looking forward to returning to Unit #106 in Kihei Resort."Guest: A guest from Endwell, New York Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 8, 2014View listing
"The accommodation was very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we found the location to be very central to get to most places. Maalaea is windy but we like because it takes the edge off the very hot temperature we experienced on our last day in Maui. Stefan and Todd were very quick to answer any questions we had. We could not have chosen a better place. Thank you for sharing your penthouse with us."Guest: Folashade C. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 31, 2014View listing
"My family, friends, and I enjoyed our getaway stay here at this lovely, spacious, and convenient condo. It was very affordable for our 2 night stay. We loved the large open area of kitchen and living room extending out to the lanai through sliding doors. As a resident here on Maui, I would recommend this condo for any family looking for a comfortable vacation and quality time with friends and family."Guest: Maui Resident Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: September 3, 2014View listing
"My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Kihei Kai #12! What a treat to be steps from what became our favorite beach on Maui - Sugar Beach. We took longs walks every night and enjoyed the patio for meals. We canoed with the Maui Canoe Club just up the beach from us. We snorkeled, sunbathed, swam, relaxed, all of it! Right from our homebase. Chip and Charlotte couldn't have been more accommodating. When the island's first hurricane in 22 years threatened to hit, they were a phone call away to make sure we had what we needed and felt safe. They even offered to let us come stay with them if things got bad! Luckily, the weather held off and we got to finish our vacation in our cozy condo, taking advantage of the smart TV during the few rain showers we did have. A few other highlights before I sign off: - Dina's Sandwitch up the beach was so much fun for drinks and food. Met locals each night we went who offered great advice. - Loved the collection of books to borrow from right by the condo's laundry unit! - Go get a macadamia nut cinnamon roll from Kihei Caffe down the road a bit. I wish I had gone back for a second before leaving. Best thing I ate all week. - Canoeing with the Maui Canoe Club just steps away was a real treat (and great arm workout) for cheap. - Shopping for unique souvenirs is so much better upcountry (Pa'ia, Makawao) than Front Street in Lahaina. If we ever make it back to Maui, the only thing I know we'll do for sure is stay at the Kihei Kai #12. Thanks for everything, Chip and Charlotte!"Guest: Luisa G.
