  • Great view

"Ivan was very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced. The balcony is larger than most in the complex with the best sunrise and sunset views - looking right at the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything I needed to take advantage of the local farmers market that is right across the street. I kept the fruit bowl full and the blender humming at happy hour (and for morning smoothies). Little extras abounded such as laundry basket and soap - even quarters for the machine! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ivan is a great guy who really has his guests' best interest at heart."

  • Wonderful Vacation Spot

"This condo is beautifully renovated in a Hawaiian style that is just what we hoped for on our vacation to Maui. It is immaculately clean, has a beautiful kitchen with new cabinetry and everything you need. While relaxing on the lanai we enjoyed a view of the ocean & the manicured yard with its inviting pool. Many days we joined the casual get together in the evening at pool side near the BBQ area. We enjoyed trading stories of our adventures and meeting other guests. The central location of the condo is perfect. It is close to shopping, and all of our adventures were just a short drive away. Some days our only activity was just reading a book by the pool and a sunset walk on the beach that is just steps away from Wailana Sands cul-de-sac nook. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to a return visit in the future!"

  • Great location, quiet beach, comfy condo.

"We stayed at the condo for 3 days in early December before hiking into the crater to camp (highly recommended) and then driving around the island exploring. The location of the condo is perfect and provided us with a great opportunity to get over the jet lag and get into the Maui vibe! It is right on a quiet beach, across the street from a great little fruit market, and close to the highway for easy access to other parts of the island. We spent many romantic meals on the beach or on the patio after cooking delicious breakfasts and dinners in the condo. Luckily the condo had many of the little things: a cooler for day trips, oil and condiments for cooking, lots of ice and a blender for Mai Tais, etc... The place is spacious and nice, yet has a friendly personal feel. Furthermore, the Ali'i people were extremely friendly to speak with and gave us some good advice for attractions. We had a great stay at the condo and in Maui."

  • Comfortable condo in Paradise

"Three of us stayed in this cozy condo in July 2011 and had a wonderful time. The pictures and description are accurate but they don't describe the aloha spirit of the ocean front location. We loved the views from the lanai and had all our meals out there even though the dining set was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms (for three women) was great as was the in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom was a good size, nicely decorated and there were no complaints about the quality sleeper sofa. The unit has a lot of storage space as well and was very clean. We really liked being in a small condo complex and it was nicely landscaped, the pool was great and after two weeks it really seemed like home. The ocean is just steps away from the building and we enjoyed watching the canoe club members practicing every day from their location next door. There's an ABC store right across the street. There are a lot of lounge chairs on the lawn and the outdoor areas were well cared for. The complex is nicely situated and it was easy getting around to all the sights. The shopping carts near the parking lot were very useful for transporting groceries up to the condo and there was a flat luggage cart if needed. One note - there is no oven in the kitchen but there is a high-quality large microwave that fit our needs. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked. WiFi was available 100% of the time. We hated having to leave and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!"
