Always A Pleasure
"Have been staying at the Mana Kai for over 20 years. This was our third stay with this particular owner. Their units are beautifully appointed. It's all so lovely and easy - everything a vacation should be. We will be back!"

"Excellent location, clean and fully stocked. The beds were super comfortable, all the essentials were included. The owner, Brian, was very helpful prior to booking our vacation and checked in with us once we were settled. No complaints, highly recommended! Would not hesitate to rent again."

"Our family of 5 (2A 3Y 11,13,15) stayed here Feb. 5-19, 2015. The condo is perfectly located - far enough south on Kihei road that you aren't in the middle of all the traffic, but close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Kam III beach is right across the street and Kam II a short walk away. The view off the lanai is beautiful in any direction - Haleakala to the left, pool & courtyard below and the ocean to the right (palm trees, ocean, sunset & WHALES). The pool was great to have any time of the day (especially Mai tai Wednesdays!) and the BBQ was conveniently located (and very much appreciated for dinners in). The courtyard is immaculate - they take such pride in the property grounds. I couldn't get enough of the hibiscus & other flora - they are plentiful and gorgeous!! The condo is a bit dated, but comfortable and well stocked. There was enough space for our family of 5. We had a wonderful time on Maui and left with so many memories. This condo was affordable, the owners were easy to deal with, and we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Kelly & Danny for sharing your piece of Maui with us!! Until next time... Aloha!"

"The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and had a more than enough towels (bath and beach), sheets, blankets, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. The owners were very easy to work with and responsive. The owner did provide some nice touches with the coffee, pineapple and chocolates. In addition, there was a supply of cotton balls and Q-tips in each bathroom, which were both very nice and clean. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the bedroom with the double bed did not have an air conditioner in the room. We had to turn on the a/c in the family room and put a fan in the kitchen to push the cool air into that bedroom. We tried leaving the doors/windows open, but it was still too warm for us at night in the condo to sleep comfortably. Also, while there were a few beach toys, noodles, beach umbrellas and small (child size) boogie boards, we would have liked to have more than one beach chair available (all of us staying were adults, so we really weren't interested much in the beach toys). The beach can get windy and was constantly blowing sand in our faces while laying on towels/bamboo mats on the sand. The pool is somewhat lacking, but we preferred the beach anyway. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo and gladly stay there again."
