  • Wonderful place to stay (as good as time share)

"Thank you Ingrid for letting us stays in your condo -- a truly home away from home. We enjoyed there very much. The condo has everything we needed.... and location is great too! We even saw turtles in the rock area of Kamaole III beach. Definitely will recommend to friends."

  • Great Stay. Highly recommended

"Lovely unit, well equipped. Grounds were well looked after, staff courteous and lovely location on the beach at the quiet end of the main strip of Kihei. Owners were great to work with, respond promptly to emails and phone calls. Great stay, thanks Chuck and Teresa."

  • Condo

"The only complaint I had was no central air. Just a window unit in the bedroom. Other than that it was great!! Right across the street from the beach. Very clean and had a washer and dryer which was wonderful!!"

  • Location, Location, Location

"Location says it all. 27 steps to the gorgeous pool from the lanai. 1 building back from the road noise. 2 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to Moose's bar to catch the hockey game (it's a Canadian tradition) and several other restaurants and stores. Your morning coffee sitting on the lanai to watch the Sunrise over Mt Haleakala and the waves rolling in. (Don't forget to buy the Kona coffee at Costco by the airport) Your glass of wine on the lanai to watch the sun dip below the horizon of the ocean, or join the other guests as they mingle to blow the conch shells signally the setting sun. Don't worry, you have a full view even if you're not feeling social. Unit 108 was perfectly clean, stocked with the essentials, towels and linens plentiful, beach chairs, umbrella all there. (Take a few extra rolls of TP if you have gals in the group LOL)The property manager was there in a jiff when the telephone was dead. (Reboot the router and save yourself a call) We had a wonderful 10 days. Brenda was awesome to book with. I'll be back to unit 108."
