"Just spent 10 days at the Mana Kai #812 and can't wait to go back again. This was our second stay in this unit and LOVE it. Views are fantastic. Location convenient. Unit has everything you need for a vacation. Owner is very easy to work with. Had a small plumbing issue during our stay and it was repaired very quickly without any inconvenience to us. Absolutely nothing better than lying in bed listening to the water and watching the whales breach!! The Mana Kai has a restaurant, General Store with deli, a rental company for beach/water items and a fantastic activities desk (ask for Tracey!!). If visiting in the winter, be prepared to be amazed by the whale watching - you won't be disappointed."

"Nicely updated condo with a can't be beat view literally right on the beach. The building is older, but very well maintained, and the grounds and pool are kept very clean. We loved 1) that you could walk about an hour south either on the beach or on the Wailea beach path, 2) that the lawn area didn't feel crowded or pretentious, and 3) that the swimming and snorkeling on the beach right in front of the condos was so good we rarely left the resort and 4) that the complex shares a beach with private homes, making for a relatively uncrowded experience. The condo owner was very gracious and easy to work with. Two small drawbacks (that the rest made up for): 1) no in room washer/dryer, and 2) no boogie boards for the kids. We will definitely try and stay here again."

"You know the saying in real estate it's location, location, location, that applies to your vacation stay as well, this is the place you want to be! We loved that it is quiet after a full day at the beach, sightseeing and shopping. Great views, 5 minute walk to one of the most spectacular beaches on the island, walk a little bit further and you're at shops and restaurants. Owners went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was everything that we hoped it to be. We hope to be back in February 2017. Thank you Sonia!"

Maui No Ka Oi, and this Condo is Close to Perfect Too!
"I will say right off the bat that if you want air conditioning and to be right in the middle of the "action" in Kihei then this is NOT the condo for you!
BUT - if you DO want a nicely laid out, fairly private, quiet condo close to the best beach (in my opinion) on Maui then this IS the place for you!
We stayed here for 2 weeks and really have to say we loved it! This is our third stay in Kihei/Wailea area and this is the best condo for many reasons including:
- good size, comfortable, fully stocked with all sorts of added comforts and details
- private (enough) lanai with beautiful side yard for relaxing
- quiet, small condo building with tons of flowers and fruit trees (used plenty of limes) and birds!
- close to Keawakapu beach (walking 5 minutes at most) stunning sandy beach with a reef for snorkelling!
and last but not least... fantastic owners!! I can't emphasize how great Cheryl was. We had a couple of things that we had to be in touch with the owners about and found that they were very accommodating and fair with everything. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful! I do wish there was air conditioning, but I would stay here again! Mahalo! A hui hou kākou!"
