"This is the second year we have stayed in this corner unit. Jon and Sherry are exceptional at making guests comfortable, even from afar! Before our trip, I wrote and asked Sherry if there was a crock pot in the unit (I couldn't remember from last year:). Sherry said no, but she would have one there when we arrived... and so it was! Wow! What service! I was only asking, for the benefit of meal planning, but didn't expect her to purchase one. We certainly enjoyed using it and now it is there for future guests. We also love the well stocked beach items (chairs, boogie boards and the new sand blankets are great)! Our son and his family were with us this year and there was room for all! We love the location! We kept our beach stuff in the car, for convenience, (not having to carry stuff upstairs each time) but then just walked across the street to the beach!! From our observation, the lanai's at Maui Parkshore are the largest on the island! We certainly made memories for a lifetime! Thank you Jon & Sherry"

"We have gone to Maui several times and we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all that we needed (cooler, chairs) Great location right across from beach. Closest in complex to beach. We have stayed here before in this complex but loved this condo and location
The owner was very helpful and made our reservation easy . We will definitely stay here again."

Great condo for our family of 5 (includes 3 kids under 9)
"Mahalo for providing us a well equipped condo. We loved Maui and we hope we can return again. This is an older building but your condo was nicely renovated. The beds were super comfy, 2 clean and updated bathrooms, beautifully equipped kitchen(loved the powerful smoothie mixer and to go containers), useful washer and dryer, loved all the beach equipment: boogie boards, umbrella, mats, towels, cooler, ice packs etc. We left some sand toys for other guests to use.
Thought we would need to use the pool but didn't need it. This pool is not really suitable for kids unless they are quiet. It's a pool for people to relax in. We were satisfied with the convenience of having the best beach Kam III across from this condo. We visited 5 beaches and this was the best.
Not important but the living room TV remote controls were really confusing. Only use the universal control. To turn on the TV, press TV button and then Power, wait for it to turn on then press cable and power button again. Maybe there is an easier way.
We didn't mind some of the street noises. It was quiet most of the time. Expect the daily 6/7 am wake up call from Cattle Egret birds. Very neat and we didn't mind them.
In Kihei, our kids loved playing at Kalama beach park. Huge park with newer equipment. Across the street from this park has great fish tacos at a food truck next to gas station and Kihei Cafe has the best breakfast and lunch menu. Loved the Sunset shaved ice at the little cafe at rainbow mall.
Loved whale watching with Pacific Whale Watching Tours. Super affordable. Was only $90 for my family to go and we were amazed. We were Maui Mobbed by 5 beautiful humpback whales swimming around our boat for 1 hour. Recommend the sunrise tour.
Lahaina has the biggest Banyan tree! Lots of cute little shops. Loved Honolulu Shortbread Cookies. Buy the chocolate dipped collection. Super yummy and $10 cheaper than buying it at the airport. Malaka beach is beautiful. Ulua beach is a great place to snorkel(please don't litter). La Perouse is where you can see the lava field and be prepared to bring some walking shoes. Iao Valley is a great place to hike. Must climb over the railing and follow a trail to hike to the needle. Bring your runners and be careful. The mountains look like the mountains in China.
Wished we had more time to explore. Would have liked to watch the sun rise at Haleakala and check out road to Hana. Best family vacation. Mahalo!"

"Our family of three plus a grandma spent Christmas 2014 and New Years in South Kihei, and were delighted with this rental. We were a little unsure if we'd like the ground floor location, but we never felt like there were too many people in our business, so to speak. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were very comfortable. Al and Betty responded promptly to an emailed question about internet access, and we had no reason to contact them again. Our teen daughter loved the pool, and I loved being just across the street from a great beach. Kama'ole III was nice enough that we never went to another beach just to hang out. There are good restaurants and shopping just down the street. I would definitely stay here again."
