Great Unit, Good Location
"Really good location - in the A buildings which are closest to the beach. As this is a 2-bdrm unit it is on the top floor with the master in the loft area and the second bedroom downstairs.
Kitchen was well equipped, unit was clean, and the amenities were good. Liked that there was air conditioning in the living room, kids bedroom, and the master bedroom. Had no issues with the temp in the unit.
Overall, a great unit. Owner is easy to deal with, but it can take a bit for him to get back to you sometimes.

"Our family of four (adult children) had a marvelous stay at this condo, early in May.
The condo is located across the street from the boat-ramp near Kamaole 3 beach in Kihei, it is situated in a beautiful complex which is meticulously cared for and at time of our visit the bougainvillea was in full bloom all around us. The south end of Kihei is in walking distance, though for groceries and excursions it is helpful to have a rental car. Beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The apartment is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, even had a blender for Maitai's, Pina-Colada and smoothies. TVs, small music station, games, beach equipment and -towels are all available- truly like a home away from home.
Father and one son went on a couple of dive trips, which started very early, though meet up was literally at the boat ramp across the street. Very convenient.
Other son went mountain biking on trails around Haleakala which was spectacular and treacherous (lava rock is utmost slippery)- gorgeous views from up there.
Snorkeling at Ahihi Bay can't be beat, just remember to go early in the morning, since latest by 11AM the winds come up and with that the surf and white caps, thus visibility is greatly reduced.
Our sincere Thanks to the Steuart Family for such a lovely and welcoming vacation spot that they are willing to share...

"We were looking for a good place to spend our 30th anniversary. This condo definitely met our expectations! It was private as well as close to a lot of activities one enjoys at the beach. We were welcomed with island treats and a lovely greeting card from "Sam". The beautiful setting definitely enhanced a romantic getaway. We enjoyed our meals on the lanai while hearing the sounds of nature and viewing the ocean and grounds. We'd love to come back!"

"A nice relaxing time in Maui while celebrating our anniversary. The condo is well furnished, roomy and comfortable. the lanai off the living room is a great place for morning coffee and/or breakfast, and a refreshing cocktail or glass of wine in the evening. The condo is well furnished; a few very minor problems cropped up that did not impinge on our enjoyment. One suggestion: put a courtesy bag if ice in the freezer for new arrivals so they don't have to run out looking for ice to cool a drink after traveling almost 12 hours to get there! Also, ensure that all reading lamps in the unit have proper sized bulbs; we had to do the bulb-snatching routine to get decent lighting to read in the living room. In addition, you might want to replace the larger frying pan in the kitchen, as the one there is too warped to sit flat on the stove top. The smaller one is just fine.
Our last visit to Maui was in 1981, and WOW! How the place has changed, and not always for the better. We found shopping and dining very expensive, but that's Hawaii!"
