Great & very clean place to stay
"My husband and I braught with us our 3 yr old and my 9 month old.. This place was perfect. Was very clean, had everything including a full kitchen, washer & dryer and two bathrooms.. Location was great too. Beach is across the street and a bunch rental places too. close to all sight seeing. About 20 min from airport.. I would definitely recommend this place. planning to go back soon & hoping to stay here again. :)"

"I couldn't say enough great things about this place. For my family, it was perfect. This condo is light, airy, big, clean, and beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Also, it just happens to be across the street from my 3 favorite swimming beaches on Maui. It's a short early morning walk to crisp blue warm water swim in the ocean. My large family rented several condos in this complex and this was by far the nicest. The communication with the owners was very clear and prompt. They gave lots of good info about the area as well. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. I hope to go back here as soon as possible!!"

"This was our first trip to Maui. This complex was highly recommended to us by several people. We were not disappointed. As soon as we walked in the door, it felt like home. It's a very spacious condo, very well laid out. It was clean and well stocked. Everything we could have wanted was there for us, plus more. It was amazingly quiet, inside and out. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings. It is so close to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the beach, it was very relaxing with the comfy beach chairs and umbrella. At night it was an easy walk to restaurants and shops, then back to lighted fountains and waterfalls. The grounds were beautifully kept and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the pool on Wednesdays was a favorite of ours. The owner was very easy to talk to, very accommodating ,and made the reservation process so simple. We had the pleasure of two fantastic weeks in this condo, and can't wait to come back to it again."

"Our first time to Maui and this complex was recommended by colleagues - on the quieter southern side of Kihei but still within a few minutes walk to the Kamaole beaches and businesses. The complex is really well looked after and the grounds give have a "Wailea" vibe without being in Wailea. G211 was fantastic and dealing with Patti was a breeze. The condo is spacious and 2 levels. We travelled with 2 teenagers so having the space to spread out was important. The view is as described with the G units being one of the closest buildings to the ocean in the complex and you can enjoy the sunset everyone evening while enjoying your dinner and wine on the spacious lanai (deck/patio). The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the appliances worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was a bonus to have the boogie boards, good Tommy Bahama beach chairs/umbrella, cooler bags and snorkel gear that made going to the beach so much fun without having to worry about those items. The beds were comfortable and it was great having the air conditioning when it was needed on some hot afternoons. The only 2 cautions we can think of is that 1) the main bedroom is on the upper floor open on a mezzanine type arrangement overlooking the living area and lacks some privacy if that is what you need/desire (we were one family of 4 with our 2 kids in the second bedroom so no issue for us); and, 2) there is a set of 15 to 20 stairs up from the parking lot to the condo front door and from the living area to the master bedroom with no elevator or ramp so this might be prohibitive for those requiring very easy access, single level living or wheelchair access (But there are lots of ground level units with easy access and we unreservedly recommend the entire complex.)"
