"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was upscale, very clean, and well appointed. The fact that there was no air conditioning is a major drawback at night, The oppressive heat makes it difficult to sleep."Guest: A guest from Yakima, WA Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 5, 2014View listing
"We (a family of 5) stayed the condo from Aug 16th through 21st. It was the first time for us to visit Maui for family vacation. Where to stay was an important factor, and we couldn't be happier with the stay in this condo. The condo was very comfortable and we were feeling the condo was our "home" during the stay. It was well organized and maintained. Plenty of stock of everything we needed, like dishes, beach towels, games, etc. The two King size beds were very good for us as usually the number and size of beds is an issue for a family of 5 staying a hotel. The location is perfect. The condo is located right next to the office and a pool in the property. Quick access to different beaches in South Maui area so you can quickly go back to the condo and take a shower if you want. We went to Ulua beach park every morning and evening as the park was excellent for a family with small kids. You could see more fishes there. Lastly I'd like to say thank you very much to Beverly. She was always kind from the beginning and that's one of primary reasons why we felt like at home. We were very satisfied with the experience in Maui thanks to the condo. We'll definitely come back!"Guest: Kazushige H. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 28, 2014View listing
"Aloha! We just returned from a wonderful 10 day Maui vacation with our two teenagers. This condo unit was clean, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. We got great use out of the boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, coolers, and tennis racquets that were provided. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai each morning and the patio furniture has been upgraded (see previous post). The grounds were immaculate and we all enjoyed the tennis courts and pools. There were even fruit trees (we enjoyed fresh picked limes for our margaritas) and there was a great recycling station. We enjoyed an early morning or evening stroll through the grounds and to the beach. We quickly learned, that when vacationing in Maui, the best time to go to the beach is in the morning. The wind picks up between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. We would then spend the afternoons doing other activities and/or touring the island. We highly recommend Skyline Eco-Adventures zipline in Ka'anapali. We also found a fabulous Italian restaurant called Fabiani's, in Kihei. The best shaved ice is from Ululani's, located in North Kihei or Lahania. The long line up is worth the wait. Our outbound flight was at 10:45 pm. Unfortunately, the condo was rented on the day of our departure so a late check out could not be accommodated. In hindsight, we wished we had booked an extra night so that we could enjoy another fabulous day at the beach, return for a shower, pack up at our leisure and then depart our condo in the early evening instead of the 11:00 am checkout time. We highly recommend this. Our biggest regret is that we didn't book our vacation for 14 days, instead of the 10 days. We would return to this unit.....in a heartbeat! Mahalo!"Guest: The Henry's Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 19, 2014View listing
"We stayed at the condo during Christmas and New Year period. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. The condo is very well located - close to beaches, shops and dining. You can either walk or drive - everything within close reach. Condo itself is very quiet, clean, has well stocked kitchen that makes you feel like at home, beach chairs and body boards. Lanai is facing a beautiful garden with big trees and lots of birds. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Maui."Guest: Visitor Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: February 16, 2014View listing
