"We have been coming to Kam Sands for the past 4 years and have stayed in this condo in 2013 and 2014 and we feel this is the best ground floor condo. It is very close to the bbq's, pool and ocean view. The condo stays cool all day, it is very well stocked, high-end finishes, always very clean and has a large lanai. The owners, Matt and Tonya, are extremely friendly and professional and very attentive to their guests and their condo. We highly recommend this condo!"

  • Great place and location

"A bit of paradise on earth - the master bedroom had a private bathroom with double sink and even a private lanai (patio). Beautifully decorated and the well-stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. The resort pools and grounds were peaceful and well kept, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The resort is located right on S. Kihei Road which runs along the coast and is a beautiful drive north into downtown Kihei that has great restaurants like Cafe o Lei and Da Kitchen, conveniences like Foodlands and an ABC store, and Maui Dreams Dive Co. for snorkelling and scuba lessons (great staff, especially Teri!) Driving south takes you to Ulua Beach where we saw turtles and colourful reef fish. Spent 6 days there -- could have easily spent another week! Mahalo Dorothy!"

  • Paradise Get-a-way

"We love this home away from home. Beautiful beachfront access. The condo has all the amenities and what you don't find, the management bends over backward to provide. Situated steps from the beach, and snorkeling, swimming, we were in and out with ease. We appreciated the strict rules about cleaning away the sand before coming inside, nothing more frustrating than sand inside in the rugs and halls. Amazingly, the condo is immaculate. We wanted to see more of the island, but without a car, getting around was limited. The manager set us up with her concierge who arranged for a boat tour, snorkeling, and the spectacular helicopter tour over the volcano. All in all, a perfect vacation. Thank you!"

  • Great Family Spot

"Our first visit to Maui was August 2014. This condo was perfect and fit my husband, I and three of our adult children. Kristi is an amazing host and paid attention to every little detail. The condo felt like home and you were not afraid to put your feet up and relax. The complex is amazingly quiet with security on site. The salt water pool was just perfect after a long hard day at the beech. We were centrally located and at the same time did not feel the hustle bustle of being in a huge resort. Perfect place, perfect price, perfect vacation. We are already talking about returning again soon."
