Comfortable Sunny Condo
"My husband and I have stayed at Hale Kamaole for the past four years. It has a great location and just across the street from a lovely beach where we like to take long evening walks. The essentials are all within walking distance. The condo is spacious, bright and well equipped. Very good value for your money. We would definitely stay here again. The condo owner is very accommodating."

"I think it's a very good thing that with 42 glowing reviews ahead of ours it's difficult to add much new information about Jasmine 217. Read over the reviews and you will see that the condo is, in a word, perfect. Save yourself the time and trouble of looking at and comparing condos, and just choose this one. Stanley, the owner, is great. Although we have never met him, he was kind in each of his emails. We felt almost as though we were dealing with a trusted friend. Stanley asked that if we wrote a review that we include some travel tips. We recommend the usual tourist things: Hana, Iao Valley, Haleakala, Lahaina. We also recommend snorkeling at two specific beaches: Honokeana Bay where we swam with lots of sea turtles, and Ahihi Keanu Reserve where the diversity of fish species is breathtaking. Both beaches are rocky so come prepared. We opted out of going to a luau and went to the Tiki Terrace in Kaanapali instead. We saved money, had a wonderful dinner, and listened to a great musical trio playing traditional Hawaiian music (ukulele and guitars) who accompanied several hula dancers. Overall we thought it was a more authentic experience. We also recommend 5 Palms for Mai Tais during their extended Happy Hours, and Coconuts for a great casual meal. We also liked the Sugar Beach Bake Shop for their Malasabas (Portuguese doughnuts) which are only available on weekends. Order ahead to reserve them as they sell out quickly. Lastly, don't forget to take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi located near the condo. The jacuzzi, in particular, is heavenly with its black sand bottom."

"Thank you very much, Michelle, for this amazing place!
The condo is huge, well equipped and maintained, properly cleaned, with a lot of extra stuff (beach chairs and umbrellas, spices, BBQ stuff, etc.), for very reasonable price. We left couple of boogie boards and beach football for other renters use, enjoy it.
The location is not in the centre of the resort, but in very short distance from pool and the best beach in Kihei (Kamaole 3).
We put your place on our favorite list.

Maui No Ka Oi, and this Condo is Close to Perfect Too!
"I will say right off the bat that if you want air conditioning and to be right in the middle of the "action" in Kihei then this is NOT the condo for you!
BUT - if you DO want a nicely laid out, fairly private, quiet condo close to the best beach (in my opinion) on Maui then this IS the place for you!
We stayed here for 2 weeks and really have to say we loved it! This is our third stay in Kihei/Wailea area and this is the best condo for many reasons including:
- good size, comfortable, fully stocked with all sorts of added comforts and details
- private (enough) lanai with beautiful side yard for relaxing
- quiet, small condo building with tons of flowers and fruit trees (used plenty of limes) and birds!
- close to Keawakapu beach (walking 5 minutes at most) stunning sandy beach with a reef for snorkelling!
and last but not least... fantastic owners!! I can't emphasize how great Cheryl was. We had a couple of things that we had to be in touch with the owners about and found that they were very accommodating and fair with everything. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful! I do wish there was air conditioning, but I would stay here again! Mahalo! A hui hou kākou!"
