  • Great Kihei condo!

"We stayed in the condo for a week in the middle of September, and it was just great! The location was perfect...close to all the amenities, but not in the middle of the action. It was very peaceful and quiet with plenty of room. We had every thing we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Katy was great to rent from, very helpful and friendly. There are many beaches, restaurants and shops nearby and access to the rest of the island was very easy. Be sure to check out Coconut's Fish Cafe and Mama's Fish House - both were delicious! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...thanks again Katy and Larry!"

  • Great Condo, Great Location, would love to book again!

"This condo was great cause it was clean and new, it was on the 8th floor so we had optimum view, any lower is covered by palm trees...The location is optimal cause it was walk to shopping and walk to the resorts just up the beach. The amenities are excellent with a restaurant and store downstairs and tour guide in the lobby. It was a little smaller than we thot it would be, a little tight for 2 couples, but perfect for a family that knows each other and doesnt mind the close space!"

  • Girls Getaway

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Mana Kai. The facilities are just really something special. We enjoyed the pool, grass lounging area and 5 Palms Restaurant (what a happy hour!) very much. The view from every single inch of the Mana Kai is incredible. It's right on the beach. A beautiful beach at that! Our stay in Patty's condo was beyond relaxing. The sound of waves can be clearly heard from both bedroom suites. There were 3 of us women and plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved the beach themed motif. The kitchen includes every single item you would need to make delicious meals. And, the place is so tidy! It was honestly a home away from home. Thank you Patty. We will definitely book this condo again in the future."

  • One of the best vacation rental

"We stayed at this condo from 8/14/2014 to 8/21/2014. This is a spacious 2-BR condo (~ 1200 square foot), very clean, and well equipped kitchen. The compound is beautiful and well maintained, the BBQ facility & swimming pools are top notched. The sunset view from the balcony is amazing. However, since the condo is facing west (good sunset view), the hot afternoon sun shines directly to the living room through the balcony. The Kamaole III beach just across the street from this condo is beautiful with large grassy area, and very private. However, it's not good for swimming. There are warning sights about dangerous shorebreak on this beach (good for snorkeling only), people have to walk several hundred yards north to reach safer beaches. Overall, this is one of the best vacation rental experiences that we have. We definitely will rent it again if we return to Maui in the future."
