  • Best quiet accommodation in a very busy town!

"We stayed in the cottage with friends staying in the studio (people we didn't know were in the house, but we never saw or heard them.) The cottage was PERFECT for my husband and I. We loved that it was so close to shops and restaurants (you can walk) yet it wasn't crowded and noisy like so many of the places our other friends were staying at. Loved the lawn area and out door setting, although we couldn't sit outside when raining as there is no solid roof over the outdoor setting. The cottage had everything we needed, and we were very pleased when we realised we even had free wi-fi enabling us to use our i-pad to maintain contact with our young children we left behind! I could not recommend this place enough, it is fantastic. I would definitely stay again if we were ever to return to Maui, and would recommend this to anyone we know visiting Maui!"

  • Excellent. Better than advertised

"We really enjoyed our stay in the condominium, everyone in the family wishes we we still there. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo, we were out most of the day on most days but did come back for dinner and relaxing in the evenings. The pictures represent the condo well, I would say it felt more comfortable than you can sense in a picture though. We really felt at home coming back in the evenings. It does get warm when you leave for the day with the doors closed but we found that it cooled off nicely when we got back and opened all of the patio doors, there was always a decent breeze which would blow right through and keep the condo comfortable. We liked the location of the condo. Close to the beach, an easy walk but we did not spend a lot of time at that beach. We did do some surfing there, good waves for learning. Our favorite beach was Makena beach which is about 15 minutes away in a car. There is great snorkeling at Maluaka beach which is 10 minutes away, I was swimming with sea turtles literally two feet away from me. We will most certainly be looking to stay here again on the next trip to Maui. Positives: * Very well stocked, especially the kitchen. I was honestly very surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was, no matter what we decided to cook the necessary tools, pots and pans were there. Much better than most condos. * Comfortable. Everyone slept well, beds were just the right firmness. Living room was nice to relax in. Was nice having Netflix available. * Clean. * Owners were very nice to deal with. No problems with any part of the transaction, they answered our questions promptly and very helpful. * Nice site facilities The pool is close, clean and warm. Tennis courts are well maintained. Grounds are nice. * Close to the beach. * Close to restaurants. Things to consider: * The condo is up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but would be a concern if you have difficulty with stairs. * You will probably want a car. That is true for a lot of places (probably most in my opinion) in Maui. We liked the location but I think it would have been difficult without a car."

  • A little bit of Paradise

"My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay on Maui, and the Leinaala. The condo is perfectly situated in Kihei allowing great access to everything. The condo is exactly as it is reflected on the VRBO site; the suite itself provided all the necessities of home, and the property is well-cared for and very quiet. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo! Mahalo!"
