  • First Time in Hawaii

"This was our first class budget week in paradise! Jeanne's condo felt very homey, perfectly stocked, with lots of comfortable furniture, and island decor. The hubby and I couldn't stop taking photo's of the 180 degree view from the lanai!... tradewinds, sunset, dinner. An affordable million dollar view? Kihei is not the 5 star experience in Wailea but filled with affordable condos and lots of locals who make it a MUCH more interesting experience. It offers the best beaches and shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Driving takes you anywhere on the Island. The most fun was 'Kai Kanani' early morning Molokini Express Snorkel boat leaving from Makenna Beach 10-15 minutes away. In our short week, we also did the Haleakala drive and some of the Road to Hana, checked out Lahaina, the Ocean Center & swam every late afternoon in Kam 2 across the street til sunset... Down season is VERY quiet and beaches were pretty empty. So we lucked out big time. My husband and I were so pleased we chose this condo. This was the kind of get-away we enjoy! Thanks Jeanne for keeping it affordable!"

  • Maui Wowie!

"This condo/property was an outstanding location right next to the beach (within 100 yards), with several pools for variety, super weather (compared to other parts of the island), and (with just enough amenities like home) a comfy condo! The other guests were friendly, the condo had beach chairs, a cooler to tote fresh fruit to the beach, relaxing king bed, tranquil lanai, and a perfect location for getting to all the sights on Maui. The birds, trees, and flowers to see, hear and smell made this condo/property an island dream vacation. Thanks!"

  • Just Maui'd

"The Nani Kai Hale condo was perfect! Steps to a beautiful beach, that we often had completely to ourselves. The condo is exactly as described. It feels as though it has recently been updated. The king size bed is super comfy, and the room is large. The condo was very clean and suited us very well for our week long vacation. Nicely appointed kitchen, with all the amenities you will need while you are away from home. The condo is located conveniently to shopping, ABC corner store, and probably the best shave ice on the island. We found driving to anywhere on Maui from this location was easy and returning home to the condo was very accessible, with a main road nearby, with tons of parking available for everyone. The entire property is well maintained and clean, including laundry room, pool and bbq/patio area. The owner, Jennifer, was wonderful to communicate with. Answered all emails in a timely manner, and was easily reached via cell phone - even while she was away on her own vacation in Italy. Jennifer made accommodations for us, as we arrived later than expected due to flight delays - she invited us to stay an extra day, though we were unable - and when we had a late departure, she made it easy for us to stay a little past check out. We had a worry free vacation, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing this piece of heaven with the rest of us!"

  • Nice stay

"We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and was a nice centralized place to stay in Maui. It was walking distance from a few shops, but we ended up driving most of the times we went out. The condo had a nice kitchen and was well stocked. Beach chairs and boogie boards were also provided in a closet. It cooled off a little bit at night, but was still fairly warm during August. One downside was that the air conditioner was on the other end of the condo from the bedroom. We would stay here again."
