  • A truly perfect vacation!

"This is our 2nd time at Jeremy's condo, and we're already booked for our 3rd next year. It's a very comfortable and clean condo (and we're fussy about clean!). The moment we arrived this year, we felt right at home. Everything you need is available, kitchen is stocked, beach items are all there, and we loved the DVD/Netflix availability when we wanted to just hang out at night. We stayed there in April, and NEVER had to turn the a/c on - the breezes that come through the condo are truly a blessing on a warm day. Jeremy has always been very responsive and accommodating to our questions or comments. And he also sends a fully comprehensive Information Packet when you book, so that you can make the most of your visit to Maui without having to figure everything out on your own. We absolutely love this location, as it's truly right across the street from the best beaches in Maui, and it's perfect for our early morning sunrise walks or getting an ice cream at Aloha Ice Cream (next door) and watching the sunset on the beach. It's also a quiet and well-maintained complex, so we always felt welcomed and safe. BBQs on site are always available and they're a great way to meet the neighbors as well. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip this year, and we're already counting down the days to next year. Thanks Jeremy!"

  • Nice place...

"It was our tenth year anniversary when I first heard of VRBO condos. The wife wanted to go to Maui and we found this gem of a condo built in the 1980's right accross the street from the beach. It was kind of big for just the two of us, and thought it perfect for a party of four - possibly more. It's located in the perfect spot in Kihei. It has its own swimming pools and tennis court, barbecue pit, and close to all amenities to gather your goods to stay put at the complex and beach. The unit is totally self contained on the top floor and is an end unit of the complex. we found the privacy as perfect as the view from the patio overlooks a pool, the street, and the beach - with well landscaped grounds. there are no nosy/noisy neighbors that can peer in as there are no units directly across from your view - perfect for our romantic getaway. We found the washer and dryer exceptionally useful as we travel light and are able to avoid those costly laundry charges that you find at most resorts/hotels. I would recommend renting a car if you wanted to see all the sites of Maui, but if you and your family just wanted beach and complex activities there is no need for it. My wife and I would surely look to book this VRBO again if we were to return to Maui. A good to excellent stay!"

  • Had a wonderful stay in Maui

"My family (including a 10 year old and 12 year old) stayed in this condo for a week, and we loved it. The pool has the most gorgeous landscaping around it. You can walk to the beach, or use the free parking available if you have too much to carry. We enjoyed the town, too -- not too crowded, best shave ice around (S&Qs), good restaurants, short drive to numerous beaches/snorkeling locations. Boat dock for whale watching is at the base of the condo complex. My only complaint is that a week was too short! Next time we're staying for 2 weeks."

  • Home away from home, 2nd visit

"We spent 11 nights in Annette's condo and would recommend this unit with no hesitation. Annette is a pleasure to deal with and leaves no questions unanswered. The free Wi-Fi and long to distance to Canada is very thoughtful and appreciated. Her unit is well stocked and is close to retail, restaurants and of course only minutes from a great beach. It is clean and quiet and has had some recent updates. We find this very central for golfing, sight-seeing and beaches and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Annette!"
