  • Great Place to Stay

"Kihei Akahi is a great condo complex, the location to beaches and services is fantastic. The unit we stayed in is clean, comfortable and feels like home. The view is breathtaking and quite as you are far enough from the road you don't hear the traffic. We have been staying at the Kihei Akahi for many years and will continue to stay at this condo"

  • HIGHLY Recommended.....wonderful complex......fantastic condo...

"This is our second stay at this condo. We had such a wonderful experience the first time, we had to return. We researched Maui far and wide before booking this condo and we were more than happy with our decision. Kihei is the perfect laid back beach town - not as resort-ish as Kaanapali, not as fancy as Wailea (we're not fancy people!) and with more amenities than the Napili area. We were also thrilled with the location of the Kihei Kai Nani - close to shops, restaurants and across from the BEST beach. This condo is perfectly situated within the complex, far enough away from the street noise, close to the pool and very quiet. The lanai was private and facing a lovely green belt. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners have made sure that the condo has everything you'd need while staying there - from free WiFi, to a coffee maker to beach chairs/umbrella, and lots of towels. We can't say enough about this condo. You simply cannot go wrong staying here and we're sure you'll feel the way we do, that this condo is a "home away from home" and we cannot wait to come back."

  • great value!

"Thoroughly enjoyed our eight days at this cute little unit. Grounds and pool were parklike. The unit was well stocked and very clean. The peekaboo ocean view is nice. If someone wants to stay in north Kihei and doesn't want to spend a fortune this is a very good option. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Wonderful week in paradise

"Our family had a amazing time at the Sugar Beach Resort condo. Kim and Todd have made sure that you will be comfortable and have everything you will need for your stay on Maui. Their unit is beautifully remodeled! We were fortunate enough to actually meet Kim and Todd in Maui and they are wonderful people. We loved that the condo is on the beach so we could have early morning walks. It also is centrally located so it is easy to venture around the island. This condo was a perfect vacation for our family! We are already looking forward to booking this condo again :)"
