  • Lovely condo, great location

"To say we enjoyed our stay at property #257384 would be a tremendous understatement. When looking for condos, the pictures on the website looked great, but the condo is even better in person. It was exceptionally well-appointed, beautifully decorated (fabulous shower in the master bath!), plenty of room for us and our two teens, etc. The views from the living area and lanai are stunning, like something from a postcard. It’s quiet with easy access to Kehei and surrounding areas. There is so much to do within a short distance. As terrific as the unit was, the thing that impressed us most was the generosity and kindness of the owner. We were on Oahu when two hurricanes were scheduled to come through. He personally sent us hurricane preparation information in advance. Our flight to Maui was cancelled so we were delayed in Oahu an extra unplanned night. He was very flexible and helpful as our plans evolved around the weather. We were so happy to finally arrive in Maui and find ourselves in such a perfect home away from home! We would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beautiful complex in a gorgeous setting and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else the next time we visit Maui!"

  • Great for Honeymoon!

"My wife and I choose this condo for our honeymoon. It was very clean, well kept, and a lovely view. Being right on the beach we were able to enjoy mornings and evenings sitting and watching the ocean without worrying about any neighbors watching us (no other condo rooms could look into ours, as opposed to some areas where the buildings face each other). Sugar Beach was great to feel relaxed and do our own thing. Also, good central location on the island to get to other towns and events. Lovely place that I would highly recommend!"

  • Surpassed our wishes!!

"THANK YOU to owners Kathy & Vic for sharing their amazing 'home away from home'. We wanted for nothing, as the unit is so well equipped, stocked & organized. Yes, what we experienced surpassed the VRBO pics & description. Additionally, Ppty Mgrs Todd & Cheryl were professional, warm & helpful, they do a fabulous job maintaining the ppty & amenities. Owner Kathy was prompt, helpful and responsive to all communications. We would highly recommend the property for being quiet & convenient. What we enjoyed: @ Kamaole Beaches I, II & II walks, families playing in the surf, relaxing in shade of the trees in the park by the Kam I, paddleboarding (early), FOOD: Maui Flatbread Co for great pizza & fun ambiance @ Paia, a run to Costco for loading up on month's worth of drygoods/groc, Hawaiian Moon Health Food Grocer 1 blk away, Wed/Sat Farmers Market (5 min bus ride), wonderful juice bar by beach walkway near Wailea, Longhi's Bar for lunch, within walking distance ... Fred's for fun/relaxed cocktail hour with many photoshop pics to amuse, 808 Restaurant for breakfast, TRANSPORT: Kihei Car Rental, Kihei Taxi (Mark), convenient public transit stops. FUN: whale watching @ it's prime (daily playful displays), World Whale Day Parade & Festival @ Kalama Park (with many vendor/artisan booths & music)! Had some quiet days reading by the pool and the BBQ's were immaculate. WHAT A FABULOUS VACATION!!"
