  • Nice complex and condo

"We stayed at this condo at the Kamaole Sands and had a great vacation. Excellent complex with beautiful landscaping and facilities, and unbeatable location. Very private setting and perfect layout of this 2 bedroom condo. Everything you need for a worry-free vacation would be provided. A cooler would be the only thing we would have added but maybe we just did not find it. We would definitely recommend this condo and will come back. Thank you!!!"

  • Hawaii traveler

"The condo was lovely, great views of the beach, well supplied kitchen, comfortable bed, very clean and very accommodating owner. We took walks on the beach, swam in the warm water and used the condo as a base to explore the island."

  • Nice place.

"We stayed at this condo recently and enjoyed it. The condo had all the essentials needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. I liked the location as it was central to all of our activities. The ocean view was great from the 6th floor balcony. We cooked and or barbequed at the condo just about every night. The bed was very comfortable. The internet worked great. The only drawbacks we noted was a lack of a coffee table and make sure you have the key lock code if you are checking in late (Thank God Marty answered his phone). For the price the place was very nice!"

  • Great rental! Super location! Wonderful owners!

"We were so lucky to be visiting Maui for 2 full months and found Deb's 1 bedroom at the KOA RESORT to be a wonderful choice! The location is centrally located to take in road trips all around the island, close to our favorite south Maui beaches (Palauea is our most favorite), and easy shopping access without being in right in the middle of Kihei's busiest areas. It can be hard to find rentals with a KING size bed and Deb's rental not only has a really nice KING bed, but also the 2 pullout couches in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need, and it was great to be able to grill, as that is what we used the most. The ceiling fans are all we needed with the breeze coming through the doors to stay really comfy. We also felt completely comfortable to sleep with the windows open at night and loved the sounds of the birds and geckos! I also loved the sun coming into the big bedroom window in the morning. The bathroom is so nicely updated! It is a great property, well maintained, it's obvious they care to keep it nice. It is really nice not having to look out at another building from the living room, all you see is green, lush tropical plants and the pretty yellow hibiscus flowers across the yard. Also, the first floor access was perfect for me as I am going in for a hip replacement, and it also made it easy to get in with luggage, groceries and beach gear. All in all this is a wonderful place to rent!! Deb is super to work with! Mahalo Deb! All the best to you and your family~~~"
