  • Kihei Garden Estates

"We are looking forward to enjoying our third stay at this “rent by owner” suite in the Kihei Garden Estates. The two bedroom, two bath unit is well kept and has all the amenities needed make your vacation on Maui a pleasure. There is no washer and dryer in the suite but a laundry room is available down the stairs and around the corner. A narrow beach across the road, though not great for swimming, is perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets. The condo is part of a complex which has a nice pool, communal BBQs and well-manicured grounds. A good sized sundeck with patio furniture for four allows you to eat meals outdoors and is a premium spot to watch the sun rise over Haleakala. An excellent grocery store, large drugstore and fast food restaurants are just a short walk away. Far enough from the main drag ensures quiet evenings without the noise of traffic. Parking spots for your rented vehicle are readily available within close proximity to the suite. The owner is good to deal with and responds promptly to communications. In short, we recommend this rental."

  • Perfect location

"Two couples shared this well equipped condo with ocean views the month of February. We lacked nothing and found the area suited our needs, close to the beach, near grocery stores and excellent dining within walking distance. The whales greeted us most mornings while having coffee on the lanai. We recommend this condo highly and have to say the complex is well managed."

"No words can describe how wonderful this condo is. We have stayed at this unit numerous times, and have always had a wonderful stay. The owners are wonderful to deal with, we have never had an issue with the owners or the condo. The location of the unit is very neutral, quick access to the pool, beaches and shopping. We would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful / relaxing visit to Kihei."
