  • Always the best

"Fantastic unit! We have stayed before in this unit and will not go anywhere else. Even more upgrades this time. Always clean and beautiful. Great amenities in unit and on property. The grounds are amazing and the pool and spa area large and fresh. One of the best maui beaches right in front of you. Book kam sands and this unit. You will not be disappointed. Large and airy inside with high ceilings. Top floor matters and larger lanai than most."

  • Great for Honeymoon!

"My wife and I choose this condo for our honeymoon. It was very clean, well kept, and a lovely view. Being right on the beach we were able to enjoy mornings and evenings sitting and watching the ocean without worrying about any neighbors watching us (no other condo rooms could look into ours, as opposed to some areas where the buildings face each other). Sugar Beach was great to feel relaxed and do our own thing. Also, good central location on the island to get to other towns and events. Lovely place that I would highly recommend!"

  • Excellent location and spacious condo unit

"Our family just returned from Maui and we stayed in this unit for 10 nights. It is very spacious and was great for our kids to have their own space. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and all linens and towels were good quality. There were beach chairs and lots of toys on the lanai so we didn't have to rent or buy them. The breeze through the windows meant that we didn't have to turn on the AC at all. There is an elevator to help when bringing up groceries. The location is fantastic - not right on busy S.Kihei road but a very short walk to the beach. We used the bbqs on the 7th floor almost daily and even saw whales spouting. We loved this unit and would definitely rent it again."

  • BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY - WONDERFUL LOCATION

"Kristin & Marcelo-- Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise - the condo was perfect! We so enjoyed every aspect of your "home away from home". Beautifully appointed, well stocked kitchen, clean & comfortable and a great view from the lanai. Really appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment. It made for a very relaxing time at the beach without the hassle of having to rent something. Good restaurants, shopping & sightseeing made for an exceptional vacation. We'll definitely recommend your property to friends/family and should we travel back Maui in the future, we'll be in touch! Again--Thank You!"
