  • Maui Banyan Q107

"The owners here have thought of everything for the people staying at their condo. Boogie boards, sand chairs, snorkel gear, plus all the amenities one could ever think of. The owners decorated this unit beautifully plus the computer and wifi were a bonus. The only downside was the Maui Banyan was under construction, both pools not useable, painting and construction going on and around the grounds, but that was not the fault of the condo property owners. I highly recommend this unit for rental."

  • Excellent location to all your fun and sun activities!

"We had a wonderful week stay at the Kamaole Sands condo! The condo is a perfect location on South Kihei Rd. We walked to Kamaole III Beach each day, a short 5 minute walk, to snorkel and build sand castles. We found our favorite lunch location at Fred's Tacos, just a few blocks south of the condo. The condo is 20 steps to the pool and the pool area is accommodating for all ages. There are 2 spas, one for families and another reserved for adults. The grilling areas were just on the other side of the pool area and always available. The condo kitchen was fully stocked and it made it easy for us to eat in! There was also plenty of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc stored on the lanai for our use. Thank you for sharing your Maui home with us, it was a perfect place for our family vacation! • Wonderful Maui Rental

"We recently returned from our wonderful Maui vacation! We rented #307 from Janet & Dennis who were amazing and very accommodating even when our travel plans were affected by weather. As a family of 6 (3 generations--ages 10 to 72) we had plenty of space and everything that we needed was right there. The games for the kids and especially the beach and recreational gear in the closet were phenomenal. Although I do have to say the skim board takes a little more practice than I expected;). The boys spent several hours playing tennis at the on-site courts. Spent several nights enjoying the beautiful sunset right across the street but we were a short drive away from many other activities. We were also a short walk down the street from several good restaurants. Mmmmmmm good. We HIGHLY recommend HK 307 and look forward to going back someday soon. Thank you Dennis and Janet!!!!!!!"

  • Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

"This is a beautifully decorated condo that is so different from the typical, wicker furniture type places I've seen. It has all the amenities you need for a long-term stay, including a washer and dryer. The location was great as well. Walking distance to Charley Young beach, which is so much quieter and calmer than the resort beaches. I would definitely stay here again!"
