  • Lovely place to stay

"I, my wife and my kid stayed at Chuck's condo for 11 days. Renting rate (including tax + cleaning) was cheapest in Maui when I compared to other condo in Maui. When we arrived, the condo was quite clean and neat with everything we expected for the vacation. Refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils were clean and good condition. There was no washer + dryer in the unit but there was coin-machine by the condo office ($5 washing +drying). Lots of beach towel for using. The condo itself was quite close to Kamaole Beach 2 (5 min walking). At night, we can walked along the beach and enjoyed ocean air. Since the condo was 5 minutes away from the main street, you could not hear any noise from the restaurant/bar. The condo management also advised everyone living in the condo not to make any noise after 10:00pm. The only minor concern we had was the garden sprinkler system which was turned on for 5-10 minutes around 11:00pm every other day. We could hear it from the bedroom. In the first day, we were awake but we got used to the sound. I don't believe this is the issue because you can easily ask the condo management to change the timer of the sprinkler system to early evening instead of late evening? Grocery store (Foodland) was about 5 minute driving. There were other beautiful beaches in the south as well (10-15 minutes driving). We loved the area but it was not totally isolated like other beautiful and luxury condo. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with Chuck's place. We definitely stay at his place again when we revisit Maui. Your place was the best!"

  • Excellent condo for Maui vacation!

"The location of this condo is perfect! Across the street from the beach, easy driving access to all Maui sites, and with a beautiful pool area and tennis courts. We stayed here for a week and found the condo to be comfortable, clean, and well stocked for our stay. Located near restaurants and markets so we could walk to many places when staying around the Kihei area."
