  • Fantastic and Even Better the Second Visit

"We stayed in this condo about 15 years ago, and came back this year (2014) being older now with young adult children. It was a good place years ago and now when we are used to more comforts and amenities, this exceeded our expectations - with older children too. I won't spend time discussing most of the features because the photographs you see are accurate. (Perhaps they don't show the large flat screen TV.) I will mention, however, that the owner Carole is a gourmet cook so the kitchen is very well appointed. Your meals on the lanai with a view of the ocean and Molokai can be a better experience than many other places as an awning can block the direct sun. Beach towels are supplied as well as beach equipment chairs and umbrella, and toys for young children. Snorkeling is available at many beaches, but across the street from the complex is Kamaole beach park #1 with some rocks hiding fish and even sea turtles large and small and safe so that was a real extra treat. No need to drive to others unless you like to explore. Recommend "Aunties" snorkel equipment about a block away from the complex for friendly knowledgeable service from Paul the owner and equipment including masks with vision correction at reasonable prices. The washer, dryer and dishwasher seem modern and work well. For those who like tennis, the complex has two clean courts, no waiting when we were there. Free covered parking is available for guests. The complex has elevators for those with mobility issues. I am not a fan of using air conditioning when reasonable alternatives are available, and although the condo has an air conditioner, it also has many ceiling fans, desk fans, a a large exhaust fan for the upstairs bedroom alcove, so we used those for a better tropical atmosphere. My wife is not easy to please for beds, but she found the master bed at least as good as ours at home. To be sure, we have not tried others in Maui recently, but I doubt you will find anything better equipped and more comfortable for the price. For a lifetime dining experience, in every respect, food, ambiance, beach location and service, although expensive, I recommend Mama's Fish House across the Island about an easy 35 minute drive. For great breakfast try Kihei Cafe about a mile down the road."

  • Fabulous view

"The condo was clean and comfortable. The beachfront location is the perfect setting for fabulous views. The owner made the process easy for renting. The owner also was available for questions. The size of the condo was perfect for my husband and I."

  • Great Property, the photos really don't do it justice

"My wife and I arrived and were instantly pleased. The Condo was fantastic and everything we wanted and needed. The beach is less than a 5min walk away as are 2 pools and a good bar. The only thing we could talk about when arriving in Oahu at the 1/2 way point of our vacation was how we should've stayed in Maui the whole time at the condo."
