"Is what I got to say about Fran’s Condo. This was my first time with VRBO, first time in Hawaii, and first time renting a condo. I searched for days and days on Air B&B and VRBO. I wanted a condo on the BEACH, I wanted to wake up and see the beach each morning not one that I had to walk across the street to get to (which many many were) I also wanted a full kitchen, and washer and dryer in condo. Fran’s has all this, the pictures she posted are right one. It took less then a minute to walk to the beach. The condo was very clean, never seen any kind of bug there. My son got married in Maui so he slept on the hideaway one night and said it was very comfortable. The lawn and pool were loaded with nice lawn chairs I never had to hunt for one. Pool was very clean, we seen guys there washing off lawn chairs and cleaning pool every morning. There is and on site person to book you any activity you want to do on the Island. I highly recommend snorkeling it was a blast plus we saw many whales while heading to sites. We never grilled anything while there but there were 6 nice gas grills and a work station to prepare. I could go on and on, we were just sooo happy, in fact Fran if you every sell please let use know."

  • Home away from home, 2nd visit

"We spent 11 nights in Annette's condo and would recommend this unit with no hesitation. Annette is a pleasure to deal with and leaves no questions unanswered. The free Wi-Fi and long to distance to Canada is very thoughtful and appreciated. Her unit is well stocked and is close to retail, restaurants and of course only minutes from a great beach. It is clean and quiet and has had some recent updates. We find this very central for golfing, sight-seeing and beaches and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Annette!"

  • Enjoyed my vacation

"I recently returned from my Maui vacation of 2 weeks at the Royal Mauian. This is the 7th time I've stayed at the Royal Mauian out of the 9 times I've visited Maui in the last 16 years. I keep returning to this property because I find it to be the perfect place for a wonderful Mauian vacation. It is just steps away from two beautiful beaches. Good snorkeling right in front of condo. This time we saw a family of 4-5 turtles! The roof top garden is great for BBQs and to watch the sunset while eating. The property continues to be very well maintained. The swimming pool area is clean and quiet. You have everything you need just around the condo: stores, restaurants, water sports rentals, shaved ice, etc. The one thing that was different with this trip is that it was my first time dealing directly with the condo owner and it proved to be a very good experience. It was great to be able to initially communicate directly with Paul, who really helped me make this vacation possible. He was very kind and understanding. And then, the local property management people he uses to deal with while in Maui are also very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival to the unit, we found a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates and 2 bottles of water awaiting for us on the dining table. They had gone in prior and turned the lights and the music on to ensure a welcoming ambience. They also offered me their computer, copier, fax machine and their help with anything I needed while in the island. It felt very personal and comfortable to deal with Paul-the owner and with Don and Ken from 5Star Maui Resorts, Inc (their office is across the street from the condo building!). My elderly mother, teenager niece, a friend myself were all very happy with our vacation and truly enjoyed our stay this unit of the Royal Mauian. I would definitely return to this unit and recommend it to friends and family."

  • Awesome!!

"The Condo we stayed in was in the most desirable area of Maui. The weather in this part of Kihei is Fantastic as the temperature is always the same, very warm and always sunny. We stayed in this beautiful Studio Condo at Kihei Akahi Building D room 201. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. The Beach was just across the street and easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay, and are looking forward to coming back."
