  • a fantastic break from life!!

"This was the first real holiday we have taken in 10 years. We were able to acquire this property for 8 days and what a location. The condo was clean, well equipped and centrally located. Just a great place to get away without all the trappings of a 'tourist' place. One can go for a walk on the ocean beach, or walk through the local neighbourhood to convenient shopping, food establishments or local watering holes. Amenities at the complex are well kept and clean. Tennis courts, pool, shuffleboard always something to do. Very much felt like a home away from home. Fantastic place to be if you decided not to do anything but relax. Short drives to almost any activities you may want to take advantage of too. Definitely would do this again only for a longer time period. When you go make sure you go to the 'Shaved Ice' shop and get their discount card 'cause you'll be there every day."

  • Can't wait to come back!

"We arrived on Maui in the evening but had no trouble finding the home with the fantastic directions given to us from Hope Marie. Upon our arrival, there were no issues getting into the home, and once we did, what a pleasant surprise. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained and was plenty of room for our group. The ocean is just a quick walk away, one block in fact, if you like to get up early and go for a run or a stroll, this is the perfect location for you. The house is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, markets, rentals, really everything you might need! As said in a previous review, the home does not have air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans in the home that we ran to keep the air moving and they were more than sufficient for sleeping comfortably at night. We can't wait to return to Maui and would most definitely return to this home!"

  • Wonderful place to stay in Maui!

"This was our second stay at Maui Kamaole and again we were very pleased with another beautiful unit. The owner was great to deal with and payment was quick and easy. Condo is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Decor is up to date and condo was very clean. I miss having coffee on the beautiful front lanai with a view that exceeded our expectations. Kids loved the proximity to the pool yet noise was minimal. Can't wait to return and would not hesitate to book this unit again."

  • Maui at its best!!

"I highly recommend this delightful vacation destination! It had everything we could have wanted in a beachfront condo, just like the description promised. Our first impression was of relief that we had found such a perfect place. Our unit was on the second floor of a small (12unit) building. The reserved parking spot was directly across from our condo making it very accessible and convenient for carrying baggage or groceries. The condo itself was spacious, bright and immaculate. From the back entrance door you walk directly across the high ceilinged room to the sliding doors leading out to the lanai, giving it such an indoor/outdoor feeling. The lanai is where we spent so much of our time watching the incredible beauty beyond...pretty gardens, white sand, rolling surf. The condo had all the conveniences of a beach holiday, fully stocked kitchen with modern gleaming appliances, open living room area for meals or reading, clean bathrooms with amenities and lush towels, large comfortable beds. I particularly liked the loft bedroom overlooking the lower level providing privacy and a greater sense of space. We found it all so well designed, we preferred mostly to cook our meals at home enjoying them on the lanai rather than going out. The other very attractive feature for us was its central location. Mornings could be spent walking down the white sandy beach for as far as you could see, or heading out on foot onto S Kihei Rd to visit local markets and shops or restaurants if desired. So much to do, although sitting out on the beach under the warm sun was hard to beat. We hope to revisit this wonderful place soon, to savour once again Maui's best!"
