  • Great Beach Rental

"We stayed in this adorable rental for a little over a month while we transistioned from the mainland to Maui. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the rental. It has plenty of space for a couple or small family. We loved having a private driveway behind locked gates. We brought two dogs with us and we all enjoyed the private back yard. The house has great access to Kihei. You are down the street from everything! Stores, bars, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. We walked our dogs to the beach every day and sometimes would return with coffee or pizza in hand. A car isn't necessary unless you want to leave Kihei but then you could always just rent a mo-ped down the street! The only draw back to being so close to everything is the traffic noise. The house is directly on South Kihei Road which is the main street of the town. The family who lives in the main house and takes care of the property is awesome! They were always available if we had a question or maintenance issue. They are all friendly and open to chit-chat but they also respect your space and privacy. We were a little put-off by the owner (not the same as the property care-takers) at times. During our stay there were a couple of maintenance issues. When we spoke to the owner she would ask us to personally repair/handle the issues. We were disappointed to be asked to take care of things when we were paying vacation rental rates. We quickly learned it was more efficient and less labor intensive to speak with property care-takers. We are so happy we stayed at this rental because it was there that we fell in love with Kihei Town. We now live less than a mile from this sweet beach house!!"

  • Maui Lovers

"This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We loved sitting on the outside chair and relax while listening to the birds. The corner unit gets a great breeze and we rarely needed the AC. The proximity to the beach and pool was excellent. We will definitely stay here again! My only request would be to update the beach towels and beach chairs. Other than that is was perfect!"

  • Exceptional Stay!

"I stayed a week in this gorgeous condo with my husband and two 16 year old boys. This by far was one of the most incredible weeks ever! The location of the condo could not be beat. Steps away from the beach, hawaiian shaved ice and the cinnamon roll store. Woke up every morning and snorkeled with the sea turtles. They are literally right outside the condo. Everything you need is in this condo or steps away. You can not go wrong staying here. The owner is always so prompt at returning emails...by far the best response right I have encountered. My next trip to Kihei I will be booking this condo....I highly recommend it!"

  • Great place for a quick trip

"I had a wonderful time here. The accomodations were clean and well kept. I read an earlier review that said wireless internet was only available by the pool. That message is outdated. This unit had its very own wifi connection which was just right for looking up maps and directions for day trips. The beach across the street was great. No problem checking in early at the front desk. Had a little trouble getting in contact with the owner by phone when I arrived, but the front desk was able to help with everything I needed."
