  • An EXCELLENT place to stay!

"My rating would actually have been a 5 if we had been traveling alone, but the rating has to do with having 2 couples stay in the condo. The unit itself is beautiful, beautifully updated and comes with everything you need for daily needs including beach needs. The location of the complex is super, just south of any commercial area, yet close enough that you could easily walk to town to eat. It's also right across the street from the beach, so that too is a bonus if you aren't planning on visiting other beaches. We actually only visited out beach once because we checked out a lot of other recommended beaches. The owner of the condo was EXCELLENT to work with, cannot say enough about how helpful he was in every situation and easy to get in touch with whether about a question as simple as "are there beach towels in the unit" to "what suggestions do you have for Maui". The only issue we have, which is just one to be aware of, is that we went with another couple. The layout of the unit is a bedroom on the main floor and then a the loft master bed/bath. The master bed/bath is remodeled and beautiful. The room on the main level, while in great condition, seems a little less modern, and the other couple said their bed was pretty uncomfortable. I think it's perfectly perfect for kids and such, but if you're traveling with another couple I would suggest they get to pay a bit less. On the flip side, that room has a door while the master bedroom does not and is open . It's still private, no worries of anyone peeping in from below, but because of the openness you are able to hear any noises once others are moving around. As I said, if it had just been my husband and myself, I would have given a 5 star review without any complaints whatsoever!! We loved it and loved our stay. If we were to visit Maui again, I would not hesitate to stay here."

  • Great Vacation Spot

"Have just been back for a few days and have to say two weeks at Frank & Angie's went by too fast! We enjoyed everything about the condo. It was clean, comfortable and for us the location couldn't have been better. Whether it was for a morning walk on a nearby beach or nice evening stroll for tacos at Fred's or shopping in some of the nearby local stores, everything was delightful. Another thing we enjoyed was the cooking facilities be it cooking something in the apartment or using the B.B.Q. which was kept absolutely immaculate, it goes a long way to make a person feel comfortable and at home. Another thing we enjoyed about the location of the condo was how central it is for exploring other parts of the island, easy access to the highway for a trip to Kaanapali or Lahaina or heading to the north shore for a day at Baldwin Beach. We're already looking at the availability calendar for next year and whether we get there or not next year, it will definitely be our condo of choice for our next trip to Maui. Thanks again Frank & Angie. Harry & Danielle"

  • Wonderful Christmas Vacation

"We spent Christmas 2014 in the condo with two small children and our parents for a total of six. We had a wonderful stay and the condo was very cozy. We were able to find most ammenties in the condo and a good selection of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The cleaners could do a little more cleaning but overall it was good. We were so impressed on how close the condo was to the beach and that we had a view of the ocean from our room. Carol was fantastic and answering all my questions prior to our arrival. We would stay again for sure! The Olsen's Calgary, AB and Vernon, BC"
