  • 10 great days in Maui

"This condo is exactly what the pictures show it is. Very nice and comfortable and fully equipped. We enjoyed staying there. Parking by the beach and a shower there too made it very easy to haul everything you need to the beach and not drag all the sand home. Owners were very nice and helpful. We would stay there again."

  • Nice Clean Condo, excellent location, great owner, happy stay

"I am still very pleased that I made such a wise decision to book with Stephen's Condo. The communication with Stephen is so good; Stephen even kindly provided me first timer must do list. Upon arriving, I am impressed by how clean and spacious the room is. Everything you would need to have, from beach towels to dishes, from travel guide to USB charger, Stephen has prepared for you. New Kitchenwares. With the new samsung TV, you wont miss Monday night football. The condo is at a great location, walking distance to the beach, NFL sports bar Denny's, shave ice shop, snorkelling agency, ABC store. About 20 min drive to Costco, where you can buy food and gas. (And no matter where you go you will pass by Costco). Fast internet!, new router, new DSL splitter XD. Corner unit, very quite, probably the only noise is the morning bird singing. Parking directly downstairs."

  • Home away from home

"My husband and I arrived late Friday evening. Tracy had sent a detailed map of how to get to the condo as well as great info about restaurants and activities etc. We stopped on route to pick up some groceries. We arrived to a well decorated, clean and comfortable condo. Because we had arrived so late the office was closed but, there was a Kihei Kai Nani staff on hand still at the late hour to direct us and say a friendly Aloha! This was our first time to Maui and nothing could have prepared me for the magic and energy of this island! We awoke to birds singing and chirping, it sounded like we were in amongst the jungle. The wonderful staff checked us in and I left with fresh mangoes, oranges and bananas. With an offer to get us starfruit if we liked. Tracy has thought of every detail! Spices for seasoning your steaks for the bbq, coolers, beach towels, mats, boogie boards, ice packs for the cooler. Scrabble (so nice to play a game on the lanai, sipping your wine or blender drink. Yes, there is a blender!) The bed was comfy...great location, peek a boo ocean view, close to the pool and laundry. A book exchange in the laundrymat, great idea. Just a hop, skip and a jump to Kam Beach #2. Cafe O Lei, is a wonderful and delicious restaurant. 808 deli, right next door is yum! If you are looking for relaxation, beach time, and a place to recharge this is it! The only cons I would say is that it is a quiet complex 9-10pm kihei itself quiets down. We did have an issue while here with the A/C. It wasn't working, we talked to the staff and Tracy but, it did not get fixed while we were there. 8 nights total. Good think for the breeze and louver windows...If you are thinking of going to Maui, do it! I cannot rave enough about the ambiance, snorkeling, the locals, it truly is magical! If you want a home away from home and need some quiet time and a recharge. Tracy's condo is fantastic! Activities and places we went and did. La Perouse Bay for snorkeling, and amazing lava fields. Makena State Park (Big Beach) If you are a golfer or feel like a spa day check out Wailea! Wow, fancy schmanzy! Kamaole Beaches are great for boogie boarding, body surfing, snorkeling and watching the most romantic sunsets, the aquarium was great! Cloudy day hit here for sure! Mile 14, is an amazing stretch of beaches between Lahaina and Ma'alaea for snorkeling. The list goes on and on, we are for sure going back and will bring our kids (13&21) I have to share the magic!"

  • Our stay at Hale Kamaole in Nov., 2013

"The listing description of the condo was accurate, including the photos of the condo and amenities. It was clean and well-maintained. The owners (who are our friends) were very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Places to go to: Big Beach (south of Kihei) Momma's Fishhouse (pricey, but worth it for the experience), snorkeling boat tour (Pride of Maui), Hana highway and hike through bamboo forest, happy hour at Fred's-loved the whole experience-we will go back!"
