  • Great condo stay in South Kihei

"Stayed for 1 week end of Nov. Arrival was smooth, no problems accessing keys. Once inside, condo just like the pictures, even better. Just as mentioned in previous reviews, well stocked and equipped unit for a great holiday. Very close walk to the beach with nice beach chairs/cooler and boogie boards. Nice and quiet and a comfy bed. Nicely redone bathroom as well. Quality appliances and furniture. Spacious lanai with good table and chairs. The only thing was the gritty dusty tiled floor which I am assuming was from the windy afternoons coming in through the lanai doors. Nice amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and pool which was a little cool but refreshing. 2 tennis courts. Much easier to play on less windy days though! The beaches in the area were really nice and the water very clear. Mornings were great for snorkeling and swimming. The sand is very fine and soft. For people who jog or walk it has long sidewalks and the beach for doing both. A person who has stair climbing problems or knee problems may have issues as there are a fair number of stairs to climb even though it has elevators. Would recommend this property."

  • Exactly as promised!

"This condo was everything I had hoped for and more. The reviews had been glowing, commenting how "it felt like home" and how wonderful Barbara was. And it's true! The condo has been nicely updated, very clean and well stocked. I can be picky about kitchen stuff, and I was so pleasantly surprised. Well stocked with everything from coffee grinder to spices to sharp knives. The lanai closet was also ready for all of our beach needs. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and even a wagon to load up to walk the one block to the beach. The semi private area right outside the lanai is beautiful, feeling like an extension of your living space. And the whole complex in general is very nicely kept up and well run. Barbara was great in communicating with me leading up to our trip and checking in on us. I will definitely return and recommend to friends!!!"

  • Another amazing time on Maui

"Hi Chris and Kathy, We had an amazing trip as always :) The place was exactly what we needed, it was the perfect family spot! This was our first big trip with our little one (10 months old) and the condo was great; lots of space for us and our parents who made the trip as well :) (And it was very nice that there was a playpen available for use). Great location, Kihei is by far our favourite spot, close to lots of good restaurants and activities. Fantastic pool and bbq area; we got plenty of daily use out of the pool, especially with our little one. Had some nice walks on the beach, though we did opt for the short drive further south to go for dips in the ocean (as mentioned the water is a bit shallow), but it didn't bother us much, there are so many great beaches nearby it was kind of nice to explore some of them, as the last few times we've come we've really only hit the beach in front of whatever place we were staying at. Thanks again for your quick replies and how accommodating you were. Nobody had the condo immediately after us and the cleaning crew had no problem with us checking out a little late which was a lifesaver with our baby and a late flight. Little things like that go a long way and we are very appreciative. All in all we had a great time and can't wait to come back! Will definitely keep your info handy for next time and would absolutely recommend to friends :) Mahalo! Kristie and family"
