  • We loved it!

"When we walked into the unit it was just like coming home. It was the perfect size and well equipped. It is obvious that the owners take pride in this unit, and so did we. Everything was first class quality. It is so nice, anyone that stays their would feel compelled to take care of it. We went to an open house in another complex, the realtor asked which complex we were in, we told him the Kamaole Sands and he showed us that Bldg. 10, which was our building, had the highest value. We also had a great view of the ocean and the light accented fountain. We definitely intend on coming back. Aloha!"

"This condo meet and exceeded our expectations! I would say the nicest condo with everything you need and then some. Exactly what the pictures show, super clean ! very big! Kitchen fully equipped even spices;) the pool and beach equipment awesome. We came down with 60 plus people and this unit was the best! (Out of all of what we saw) From great view to quiet building. I honestly felt like we could live there permanently :) Matt was was so accommodating to us with the ease of early and late check ins! This was our very first time to Hawaii and we are planning to come back in the next year! Thank you do very much Matt! :)"

  • Home away from home

"It was really fantastic! We over-packed, were not entirely sure what was already at the condo…we certainly didn't need half the things we brought! The view was AMAZING…we had dinner on the lanai every night overlooking the Kihei sunset. All the amenities in the condo and building were great, my daughter (5 yrs old) LOVED the pool. The restaurants, convenience stores, etc. were all super close. It was definitely the first vacation that I never wanted to end. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks very much for sharing your condo!"

"First time renting through VRBO and the owners of the condo made it sooo easy. The condo was absolutely great, it had everything we needed and more. Very clean. The grounds are well maintained with a nice pool. Loved the Mai Tai Wed. Great area we were in, and just steps away from the beach with some great trails. Will definitely rent again and have told others about it."
