  • Beyond relaxing!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ron and Chris' condo. The renovation are outstanding, the unit is very well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance and Charlie Young Beach across the street is our favourite. It was lovely to eat on the lanai in the morning and the evening and enjoy the view. It is a very quiet area and therefore perfect for a very, very relaxing and romantic holiday. Everyone we met and talked with was friendly and helpful. Fantastic, thank you."

  • Very Nice!

"We spent 2 relaxing weeks in this nicely appointed condo and would recommend it to anyone. The interior is bright and airy and the unit is well situated in the complex, near to the pools and BBQs. The complex is quiet and well kept, and you are very close to Wailea and Kihei beaches & shopping. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom even has a hotel type safe to protect your valuables. The condo has a bunch of beach gear in the closet which came in handy, and communication with Sue was super easy!"

  • Maui Paradise

"Aloha, Marilyn As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Maui, and once again I really enjoyed your condo! Kauhale Makai is such a beautiful place, what with the landscaping, location on the wonderful Pacific Ocean, and all the amenities. #326 just makes it all the better. Coming off a 13 hour trip from Knoxville and walking into your place for the 6th time since 2005, tired and ready to rest, was like walking into my own place - everything was so familiar! I couldn't help but notice that your lanai is becoming more user friendly, what with the additional furniture. I LIKE IT! I spent plenty of time stting there in the late evenings, enjoying the critter sounds, listening to my iPod, watching things wind down in the pool, and looking at the sky. I even saw a really cool meteor one night. I did have the A/C running all day during my first few days while I was at the beach - it was very humid then - but I stopped that soon, after I discovered that leaving it off all day, then coming back and turning it back on when I returned, it de-humidified the air quite quickly. Thanks again for allowing me to enjoy your condo, Marilyn! You and your partners have a good thing going. Mike"

  • Lovely Condo

"It's always a relief to find that a condo looks just like the pictures on the website and this one certainly did. We have stayed in the Kihei area before and this was the nicest unit we have rented. The condo was very clean with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the air conditioning as the trade winds were not blowing most of the week we were there and we would have been very uncomfortable trying to sleep without the air. The owners were easy to work with-we would certainly stay here again."
