  • Best Ever Kihei Condo!

"This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We have stayed in Kihei 13 times, most of those in All'i Kai and have never come across a cleaner, more well appointed condo this one! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The unit was spotless, decor was inviting and overall very spacious. We loved lounging on the lanai, watching the birds, geckos and seeing the ocean in the distance. Although the pool was just below our bedroom, there was very little noise as it closes at 9:00 PM. The entire complex seems to hush after 9:00. There were no issues with loud parties except for the Olympic gold medal hockey game during the day! We loved the beach equipment even boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you could ask for - small appliances, plastic glasses and dishes for BBQ area, bowls and serving dishes. We ate on the lanai most nights enjoying the breezes. Our favorite beach is Kamaole 1 which is really just across the street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners gave an amazing detailed map to get to the condo and had lots of material available to show what there was to do on Maui. We will be staying here again. Just can't wait to get back!"

  • Wonderful beachfront value

"For our 9-night family vacation on Maui, we had the following criteria for finding a place to stay: - two bedrooms (my husband are done with vacations where we share a king-size bed with our toddler and 6 year old, and we aren't big hide-a-bed fans) - right on the beach, no roads to cross - laundry facilities available (Bring quarters with you if you plan to do laundry -- the washing machine is $2/load and the dryer is $1.75/load.) - a beach that's swimmable for the kids and has nice sand for them to play with - centrally located in case we wanted to drive up to Haleakala early in the morning This condo met all the criteria at an amazingly low (for Maui) price, and the owners were great to deal with. The drive to Haleakala was cut short by the toddler's altitude sickness, but the location was ideal anyway -- I don't think there's anywhere (other than the neighbouring condos) in Kihei that's as close to Kahului or the road to Lahaina, and we ended up loving Sugar Beach so much we didn't drive around to other beaches as much as we'd expected to. It was wonderful to be able to just walk from the condo to the ocean and, after a quick stop at the outdoor shower to wash off the sand, head back in for lunch. We only used the pool once -- it was well-maintained but the ocean was better. It was a short walk to the nearby farmer's market, but the rest of Kihei's a quick drive away. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and well stocked with Disney movies for the kids. We used both the sand toys provided by the owners and those provided by Nani Kai Hale in a cabinet by the outdoor bbqs. The complex is quite quiet -- we met many friendly retirees hanging out on the lounge chairs by the beach -- so this may not be the spot for families with teens or young adults."

  • Lovely spacious condo

"Loved the tile floors and spaciousness of condo. The property is well maintained . AC not in bedroom where it is needed. We found the continuous noise of the fountains on the loud side, but overall were pleased with our stay."

  • Great Place!

"What a great getaway and peaceful place! Our family of five spent 4 nights in this condo. Plenty of room to spread out, amenities were perfect, the pool and spa were great places to relax as well as meet some of the locals - and get ideas as to what to do and where to go that aren't on any maps! The location was perfect for us as we went exploring in different directions each day but were never 'out of the way'. We would definitely make this our vacation spot again. So relaxing!"
