  • Family Spring Beak Getaway

"Recently returned from a wonderful family spring break in Kihei. We were told the weather has been rainier this spring than usual, but it didn't seem to affect our beach time at all! The condo was lovely and comfortable, much much nicer than the Mauiforfunandsun.com photos of the unit led us to believe. Our view was amazing, we had a clear view of the sunsets, even saw whales breaching from the lanai, and were able to send the kids (8&10) down to the pool without us as we could watch them from the balcony. The main beds were super comfortable, and we were able to get a nice cross breeze blowing through with the front and back open. The loft fan was a little noisy, just required forethought in turning it on an hour before bed. Didn't use the a/c at all. Wouldn't recommend the sofa bed for anyone, but there were two foam pad fold-aways in the unit. As forewarned, the kitchen was entirely cleaned out (bring all your own spices and condoments), but there were beach chairs and boogey boards from previous guests we were glad to have use of. The location has easy access to the beaches for swimming and boogie boarding, even saw sea turtles across the road. A few minute drive in either direction brings a wealth of snorkelling and surf lessons too. Spent many windy afternoons in the shelter of the KS pool area. Highly recommended. Thanks Jackie!"

  • The best condo in Kihei

"Our family of four just returned from a week at this condo and couldn't be more pleased. It was difficult to find a 2 bedroom, on the ocean for a reasonable price and this unit surpassed our expectations. The lawn was beautiful and a nice place to unwind in the evenings after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The sandy beach was gorgeous and only steps away and perfect for families. We were able to snorkel right in front of the complex and see turtles as well. The unit was a large corner unit with views of the mountains and the ocean and got great breezes. It was well equipped with all that we needed including boogie boards, lawn chairs and some snorkel gear. Though not as fancy and updated as some units it was clean and very comfortable. Kihei was a great town to explore and running south toward Wailea was beautiful. We also stayed a few days in Kaanapali and the entire family preferred this location. We also loved how easy it was to explore other parts of the island from here. We'll definitely back."

  • Excellent place

"We are a family of 5 adults from Argentina. The house is awesome, 10 mts to the beach and a quiet area. The house is so much clean. Have beach stuff. One of the most important thing is the attention of Mike, the owner of the house, he is so friendly. Everything great and clean!!"

  • Condo

"The only complaint I had was no central air. Just a window unit in the bedroom. Other than that it was great!! Right across the street from the beach. Very clean and had a washer and dryer which was wonderful!!"
