"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could not have been happier with our vacation choice. The condo was super clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen appeared to be recently updated (awesome wall oven/micro), dishes, silverware, bowls, pans, etc... were like brand new. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Best part though was the view over the grounds to the ocean. We were within 50 steps to the pool, but didn't overlook it, so there was no noise whatsoever. BBQ worked great, there was a spare propane container, too. Loved how the wall of windows opened all the way up so we felt like our living room was part of the lanai. Mirror on full wall in living room gave an illusion of a huge space. Minor updates needed but nothing that affected our stay."

  • Wailea, Maui

"This condo is outstanding for its peaceful setting, convenient location and interior amenities. The lanai views over the Pacific, the island of Kaho'olawe and the crater Molokini. We loved sitting out there at night to catch the starry sky and saw countless meteorites. The condo is so comfortable, tidy and well appointed. We met both the manager and owner while there and were given the best of attention, suggestions and assistance when needed. We love Maui and will return to this condo next year...we're SOLD. :)"

  • Great space

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this well maintained condo. It meet our every need. It's very roomie with everything one might need including beach supplies and a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach with two great patios. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in Maui."

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all this is in a great location. The unit is located in one of the lower buildings next to the golf course and it is an easy walk down to the Shops at Wailea with all the restaurants and stores they have to offer and you can also go up the hill to Wailea Gateway Center for more options. The beach is walking distance but is a hike if you are carrying chairs and cooler etc. so I would advise driving to it. The condo itself is a split level with the 2 bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms on the lower level with kitchen, living room and half bath upstairs. Overall a clean and pretty well maintained unit that was very quiet and a nice ocean view from the top lanai.<br/>The main drawback is the temperature in the upstairs living area. The bedrooms have small air conditioners and are comfortable if a little noisy at night but try as we might we could not cool the upstairs to anything other than HOT. The way that the condo is situated does not take advantage of the breezes and it has 2 large windows facing east that do not open or have any kind of screen so in the morning they become heat magnets that never gets better for the whole day. There is a couple of ceiling fans and another 2 small fans but with the high vaulted ceilings they are fighting a losing battle. That being said overall we enjoyed the week we had there."
