  • A Wonderful Holiday Experience

"This is a wonderful rental unit in a delightful recreation complex. The owners are sharing with others this beautifully furnished and well equipped holiday home. Easily accessible from the Airport/Wailea/Makena highway or from Kihea, and close to the Wailea shops, and with direct, private and public access to the ocean and a lovely inviting sandy beach. The owners have provided a safe for locking up passports and valuables and easy-to-follow directions for using both flat screen TVs and Netflix. We didn't need to use the air conditioning units as the overhead fans in the living room and bedroom worked well. Two patios are accessible, one from the living room and kitchen and one from the bedroom. The refrigerator (with ice making capacity) and dishwasher and stove are excellent, and the unit is fully equipped with utensils and supplies. Having one's own washer and dryer is a very special advantage. The photos do not do the unit full justice. Walking to the nearby pool is easy, and to the ocean a little longer. The unit has beach chairs and a portable umbrella and a boogie board and one can easily drive to the beach via the public road and carry beach equipment and food etc., by car. We usually walked to the beach to use the private gate and to enjoy the property's beach pavilion building which has two refrigerators, ice making and vending machines and stoves. Our favourite times were eating our meals on the garden patio, enjoying the pavilion building for reading and sun, and then after a shower (in a beautiful shower with three different heads) driving five minutes away to Tommy Bahamas at the Shops for appetizers and happy hours. This rental is a very special experience and we highly recommend it for couples looking for privacy and peaceful and well maintained surroundings in a beautiful home."

  • Luxurious, well-appointed villa, excellent location

"Location-wise, the Wailea Beach villas can't be beat. It is adjacent to the Grand Wailea Resort, walking distance to all the Wailea amenities, and a very short walk to the beach. The units are actually on the beach, however this particular one was set back a bit, closer to the mall and lobby. The unit is pretty much as advertised by the description and pictures. It's owner Ann, was very easy and pleasant to work with. The unit is definitely a luxury condo inside and out- Very comfortable furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, a large lanai with grill and comfortable furniture. A very nice feature was the large sliding glass doors making it true indoor/outdoor living. A few minor maintenance issues were quickly taken care of by the on site maintenance team. There is a front desk/concierge that is very pleasant and helpful. The Beach Villas have a family pool and adult pool. Both of them are well/maintained and easy to access. The fitness facility was on the small side but had all the essentials. Really, the only beef was the assigned parking space in the underground garage was really tight for anything but a compact car. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in the Wailea Beach Villas whose location can't be beat. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!"

  • Wonderful stay...Great Location

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The standard was set very high with 1105..this might just be the best location on the property. The condo had all the amenities that one could want. Lots of beach stuff..chairs boogie boards and good size cooler. The kitchen had everything you could think of. We were a family of four with two kids, the layout was great with the two twin beds and the king in the master. The two kids beds are great...they had toppers which made them really comfortable. The only draw back was that bed in the master was very hard....could use a topper. The view from the lanai was unreal..all four families with us staying in other units at the Palm's came down every night to watch the sunset from our place. Kathy, Toni, and David at Rentals Maui were very helpful throughout the whole process. The beaches are all close but unless you are are a light packer you need to drive regardless of how close they are just to get all your stuff there. I would highly recommend this unit. We certainly plan to be back."

  • What a memorable end to Summer 2014!

"We just enjoyed 2 amazing weeks at Vicki and Rob's condo and came back so happy and relaxed. I read reviews carefully and this place is exactly how it is described by others and the pictures are very accurate. We were very comfortable and our 2 year old was able to wander around safely. Vicki is available for any questions/need you may have - very responsive and caring. The condo had all the comforts of home - very well supplied, clean and safe. They have everything you need for the beach - coolers, mats, towels, toys etc. so our only worry was to figure out which beach to enjoy. Thanks Vicki and Ron for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo."

Instead of crowding into a stuffy hotel room, you can spread out in a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. If you want, you can pick up some fresh foods at the nearby shops at Wailea or walk over to some nearby restaurants. Catch a quick lunch at Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante or head over to Spago for a romantic dinner. Live like a local as you participate in holiday celebrations while staying at Wailea condos.

South Maui Beach Rentals Keep You Close to Popular Tourist Attractions

If you feel like taking a break from snorkeling, swimming, and sailing, consider spending a day at the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course. Top the day off with a luau celebration that your entire family can enjoy. Watch traditional dancers and listen to ukulele players as you eat tropical fruit and other local foods. Stretching your legs has never been quite so enjoyable as when you set out on a path through a tropical rainforest or on the Coastal Nature Trail. If you travel between December and April, gather your family and friends for some magnificent whale watching.
