"We had a super pleasurable stay at your Maui condo. We've been to Maui before but always paid a higher price to be in the Wailea location. This unit was recommended to us by some friends who stayed in early 2013. We were looking for a single place that was large enough to accommodate our big family. Our expectation was for the cost to be nearly double, but it ended up being less than the one bedroom place we rented in 2011. The Hawaiian decor is charming and your place is quite big. It has plenty of area and allowed for solitude and privacy for our rather large group of 4 adults, two teenagers and a toddler. The portable crib and stairway gates were perfect for the baby, and she loved the toys. The boys appreciated the boogie boards and skimmer boards. They made friends in the complex and there were enough boards and snorkeling items for all of them. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The water was very warm and inviting. The manager, "Dallas, was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She made arrangements for a fabulous babysitter and graciously allowed us to have a late checkout on our last day. We really appreciated this flexibility prior to the long 20 hours of travel we awaited. Mostly, we grilled fish on the lanai and would eat outside as well. Mama's Fish House was our favorite for a fancy meal and lovely surroundings, but it is also quite costly. We found the best beaches for swimming, boarding and snorkeling close by to the condo. We would drop off the boys with picnics and pick them up at sunset. We took my parents to a wonderful luau at the Marriott just down the street, and we all thought it was superb. We also saw a Hawaiian musical group with Ukuleles and dancers at the Shops at Wailea down the hill, for free. We walked to the Monkey Pod or Tommy Bahama's for happy hours almost daily. This was very convenient since we rented only one vehicle. We visited Kauai and Big Island during the first part of this vacation. We wish we had spent the entire time at this place, because of the spaciousness, comfort, amenities and conveniences. We will keep the information for our next trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Our family gives this unit our most genuine thumbs up!"Guest: Kitty Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 19, 2014View listing
"Our family loved staying in this great home. We would definitely rent it again. Our thanks to the owner for offering this property, it is a great value and truly "for rent by owner". Some of the other properties I had inquired on were actually real estate investment companies with multiple listings and telephone centers for the reservations. Some were "bait and switch" ads. This is a great place to spend your vacation. Everything she has listed about it is absolutely true. The beds were very comfortable, the place is roomy and very nicely furnished."Guest: K K. "My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights in this wonderful condo and I can tell you the view is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. The King size bed is comforable, the kitchen is well stocked, and it has a great barbecue with covered deck so you can eat your meals looking at the Pacific. One of the best things about this location is the wonderful paved walk-way that will take you to all the resorts and restaurants without getting in your car. Wailea beach is one of the best beaches on the island and you are just a stones throw away, plus the Elua has a beautiful pebble tex pool with its own amazing view."Guest: Dini Date of Stay: June 2012 Review Submitted: July 17, 2012View listing
"This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. The location was great. Only a 1/2 mile to great beaches. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard with it's water gardens. The pool was a great place for the family to gather when not at the beach. There was plenty of room inside for all 9 of us to be together for meals or just hanging out. This house exceeded our expectations for our trip."Guest: Dave L. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
