"This place is probably the most ideal and economical choice if/when you want to stay in Maui for a long period of time. My boyfriend and I knew all along we didn't want to be stuck in a hotel not having a kitchen for 8 days. We wanted the freedom of being able to cook some meals and even have our very own lanai with an ocean view (that wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg). We also wanted to know we can easily access the eastern and western parts of the island. As soon as we arrived, we were shocked with all the amenities Jeanne had to offer in her place. From a pizza slice cutter, to a boogie board, to after sun aloe... she had it all to make your Hawaiian vacation easy. She had tons of beach items to use like foldable Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler, etc -which we used every day. We ate/read books in the lanai almost every day as well. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and there are a few bars also in walking distance. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room was also nice to keep the ocean breeze going even at night -it was always generally cool. I definitely would want to stay here again when I come back to Kihei. It's our home away from home!"

"I was in Kihei for a conference, and this place was spotlessly clean, totally updated, had a super comfy bed, and was in a fantastic location. The grounds are lovely as well, and seemed to attract a good mix of retirees, families with kids, and even honeymooners. Kihei is not as "fancy" as Wailea, but the prices here reflect that, and I felt it was a great deal. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Great restaurant, Café O'lei, is right across the street."

Great Deal, Great Condo, Great Location - A Pleasant “Sure Thing”
"We arrived on April 25th of this year with our family of 5 for a 10 day stay. The place was a great find. The price was right. It’s a large comfortable condo with great ocean and mountain views. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and the appliances looked brand new. The high ceilings were a real nice plus. It was very quiet and we slept great! We could watch the kids from the lanai.
The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. An additional bonus was the owner, Tony, who booked us. He’s local. I would call him a kind of concierge. He was courteous, helpful and very accommodating.
We travel as a family a couple of times a year and it’s always good when you find a place to stay in that’s a winner. We prefer to stay in condos. I would call this condo a “sure thing” and I can recommend it without hesitation to anyone."

"We loved this place! It was our first time in Maui. The condo was perfect for us and our two year-old. It was at ground level, which means our son could get out and directly start running on the grass. No need to take stairs or elevators. The grass is so well maintained that it looks and feels like a carpet! The pool was very nice. The location of the condo is very central: we could get pretty much anywhere in Maui in less than one hour drive (except Hana). Condo is clean and well equipped. Everything was just great!"
