"This is the perfect place to stay in Hana! It's not only private, but has all the amenities you could ask for. Before arriving, we stopped at the Hana Ranch Store for groceries. That way, once we arrived, we didn't have to leave until check-out the next day! We enjoyed using the hammock, the grill, and the spa. Just sitting on the lanai in the evening and the next morning was so relaxing! The rain at night woke us up, but we were happy the sun came out in the morning so we could visit Black Sand Beach before making our way back. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We did not want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This cottage was absolutely perfect: comfy, beautiful and with all the amenities you might need! We were coming from Oahu to escape the crowds and heat for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the cabin and in the Kula area. The entrance is beautiful with lush flowers, landscaping and wildlife (we saw ring neck pheasants and Jackson chameleons while there). The wood inside and out of the cabin really adds to the warm and cozy feel of the place. The inside is very comfortable, especially with the nice bed, duvet and linens. We felt thoroughly rested and refreshed staying here. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking meals including an electric infrared grill on the lanai that we used for cooking some yummy Maui Cattle Company grass fed steaks! There were also a few good places to eat nearby that we enjoyed. Just relaxing at the cabin was a treat with plenty to entertain you if you chose to stay there all day including free wifi, some fun movies (we enjoyed watching Some Like It Hot upstairs in the loft) and board games (we enjoyed a couple of games of Scrabble). The views from the living area, lanai, loft and driveway were even better than the pictures! Sometimes we were in the clouds, but they always cleared out to reveal breathtaking views. The cabin is conveniently located to all of the Kula attractions including the ones we visited (lavender farms, Ocean Vodka Distillery, the winery, Surfing Goat Dairy, an organic farm and a couple of art galleries). We had spent a few days prior to our stay at the cabin backcountry hiking and camping at Haleakala National Park and finished our trip with a few days at this beautiful Chalet and it exceeded our expectations in every way! If we ever get the chance to come to Maui again we will definitely choose to stay here again! Thank you Wilma for your hospitality!"

"Traveling on our honeymoon for 12 hours from Buffalo, NY and arriving late in the rain at 10pm we were exhausted and pulled into the driveway at the beautiful home of Ray and Vivienne and were warmly greeted by the man, the myth - Ray Masters. It was like seeing an old friend that we had never met before. He and his wife Vivienne were amazing to say the least. Gracious, kind, funny and full of life can be used to describe these wonderful people. They provided us with great information so we could enjoy the best of what Maui has to offer including places to dine, hikes, waterfalls, beaches, etc. We stayed in a suite right off the house which more then met our needs, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was beautifully chic and the kitchenette was more then adequate for the week. The private deck overlooks a beautiful backyard and plush furniture allows you to sink in with a favorite book and a glass of wine. The beach is like a private oasis that has turquoise water and white sands with an occasional sea turtle popping its head out to take in the view. It's very rare to see anyone but you and yours except when Ray and his faithful dog Sevin hit the water. My husband loved windsurfing here and the advice from Ray was spot on about the winds and reefs. We were sad when our week was up as we were headed to another house on the island and expressed to our hosts that we had wished we had booked our full two weeks with them, fortunately for us we were asked to return the next day to celebrate Ray's birthday with them and their close friends. We had a blast! What great people, great food, great drinks, great life these people have, and we are blessed to know them. The Aloha spirit is alive and well, book with them and you will not only have an unforgettable vacation but an experience you will not soon forget! We will definitely be returning, much mahalo for sharing your paradise with us!!"
