"First time in Maui, my husband and I loved staying at the surf shack! Great place to relax and see the stars! We stayed for 7 nights. No tv, which I loved. Spent more time exploring the island and being outdoors. Was greatly appreciative of having a kitchen because we cooked most of the time we were there. Would for sure stay there again. The host family was very sweet and helpful. great being near Mama's fish house and near Ho'okipa beach."

"Upon arrival to the island, I easily found the B&B (located 15-20 minutes driving distance from the airport). The check in process was personal, welcoming, and Room 3 was clean and organized. I loved having the private bathroom attached to the room and the outdoor showers are a great addition after spending a day at the beach. From the booking process up to the check out was seamless. What I appreciated most about my stay was the laid back energy, conversations with other guests from all over the globe, and the location. The B&B islocated near downtown Paia (walking distance) and had close access to the restaurants, coffee shops, the cooperative health food store, beaches. Having access to laundry on site and being able to cook a simple meal in the furnished kitchen offered a 'home-like' vibe to my stay. Without a doubt, I recommend staying here! It was a great central location to my 16 day stay on the island--where I was able to easily launch into adventures--hiking Haleakala, snorkeling the beaches around Kaannapali, driving the road to Hana, kayaking along Kihei, and shopping around Makawao and the quaint upcountry stores."

"A really nice place to stay in Hana. We stayed four nights and the condo is a very well equipped and relaxing spot. If you drive to Hana, stay awhile, and stay here. Right on Hana Bay, and very close other beaches (we had Hamoa Beach to ourselves a couple of mornings). Highly recommended."

"Perfect cottage on beautiful property surrounded by the most amazing plants around every corner. Bright and airy with big private windows and doors to enjoy the views and let in the warm tropical winds. Nicely decorated through out the cottage with comfy king size bed in one bedroom and a private entry to second bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked and a very cozy front room with TV and wifi. Perfect location on the North Shore with a short drive to Ha'iku Town Center and Paia. Been to Maui many times but this side of the Island is the real Hawaii. Lush, tropical secluded with beautiful beaches. Gregg had everything you would need for the beach including snorkeling. Gregg and Danielle's main house was far apart from our cottage on the property but the nicest couple. So helpful if you ever needed anything. Mahalo Gregg and Danielle this truly was a Dream Cottage!"
