  • Near surf heaven

"Exelent place, for advanced, surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers located at lanes, just before mama's beach and hookipa at a walking distance. Pa'ia is a 5 min drive but you need a car anyway because the island and surrounding ocean a too impressive to ignore when you're only there for surfing. the place has al you need and is very spacious. And Greg the owner is very helpful if you need to find your way around the surfspots. And Paula is the best host you can wish for and is the living example of what Aloha is☺"

  • Tropical Paradise

"I have been to Maui several times in the past and convinced my partner and another couple to come. From the start, dealing with Sharyn was a pleasure! Huelo Point Lookout is more than we had expected. The photos do not do it justice! The directions may seem a bit daunting, but rest assured, as soon as you make the drive once, you are set! We were greeted with some Welcome treats at the house, and were quick to meet with Sharyn. We found ourselves not wanting to leave our little paradise for fear of the 'outside world'. Though, when we did, we discovered the Twin Falls, and several other little gems which were a short drive away. We did have a little Wasp issue, but that was quickly resloved by Sharyn who handled them like a pro! The ONLY downfall (if you could even call it that) of being on this side of the Island, is that the trade winds are quite strong, and can feel like you're going to be blown over on some days. When that happens, hop in the car, and take a trip to Lahaina! From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank Sharyn for opening up her home to us Crazy Canadians ;) We hope to see you again next year!!!"

  • Great home in the upcountry

"This is a very well-equipped casual home in the upcountry with easy access to Makawoa and Halakela National Park. The house is in a very quiet residential area. The owner greeted us with a welcome basket of fruit and was easily available for any questions or suggestions. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and since this is a B and B, the owner had filled the fridge with breakfast supplies, i.e. eggs, bacon, juice, etc, etc. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a base to explore the upcountry."

  • Living in Maui

"If you want to get a sense of living in Maui, then renting a condo like this one is a way to go. It is very affordable and well equipped. We didn't feel like we were missing anything. Yes, it tends to get noisy with the traffic but honestly , it didn't bother me at all as I could also hear birds in the morning and crickets at night. The condo is literally few minutes away from the beach ! At night we could hear waves crashing on the shore. The condo is very close to all the shops that are located in Paia which is 3 min drive and only 8 min drive to my favorite beach 'Baldwin Park' Overall we had a great time :) Thank you Paula Cheers, S"

Maui Upcountry Cottages - Book Early for the Best Deals

Many people dream of visiting Hawaii. When you go to Maui for a relaxing vacation, the last thing you want to do is stuff yourself into a tiny, cramped motel room. With Maui Upcountry Ocean View Homes, you don't have to do that. You can have plenty of space and luxury, and still be close to the family and friends you're traveling with. Options like Maui vacation rentals mean separate bedrooms for privacy along with a common area where you can eat, play games, and just talk. It's a great way for a big group to have a great time in Maui.
