  • Home away from home

"Jannette and Kent, another fantastic vacation at your beautiful condo. We did less sightseeing this time and enjoyed the relaxation of the condo. We even met a couple who lives within 5 miles of us here in Illinois. Oh yes, spent two days on mopeds riding around the island which we rode over 150 miles in two days. We decided to rent the studio and we were delighted to hear the waves hit the rocks all night! For those who are contemplating a visit, this unit has everything you will need for your visit on the island. Hope we will be able to visit again in the near future."

  • THE place to stay in Ka'anapali

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights/7 days. We were very impressed with Jannette's hospitality and amazing condo. Everything was very clean and organized. Pretty much everything you need for your trip is there - towels (including beach towels), beach chairs, a good sized cooler, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, etc. The condo decor and furnishings are very nice - everything is in good condition, high quality, and no overload of palm tree decor in any of the rooms. Ceiling fans are located in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. With the lanai screendoors and bedroom window open, and the fans, it was very comfortable in the condo at all times. The view from the lanai was amazing - the photos don't do it justice! Because it's located on the top floor, you have amazing unobstructed views that you won't forget. The Paki Maui building and staff were plesant. There was always plenty of parking in the lot. We didn't make use of the pool or grills, but from what we saw, the facility seemed to be well kept and maintained. The surrounding area has a nice assortment of restaurants and shops. We did our grocery shopping at the Times grocery store down the road. There's also a gas station closeby, which was nice on days we needed to fuel up or get ice for the cooler before we set out to explore the island. The Fish Market was the perfect take-out dinner after spending the day hiking in Haleakala National Park. We wanted to get to the farmer's market (held every M/W/F), but we were too busy during our stay to make it there (maybe next time!) I would definately recommend this condo to my friends and family, and would stay here again if we make a trip back. Jannette and her husband are awesome hosts! Mahalo!"

  • Excellent Condo and location.

"This was our first trip to Maui, and the condo and location was great. Only one small issue, we couldn't get the dishwasher to work even after checking the manual but I'm sure that's just me, and if not will be fixed. We would definitely return."
