"The rooms, patios, and location of our rooms could not have been better. We cooked in the kitchen and barbequed outside on several nights. There are many restaurants nearby, so it was an easy walk for dinner. Maui Resort Realty always responded to our questions in a timely manner and helped us get additional rooms for our group. The view from our rooms was just as advertised, outstanding! Our grandkids used the Marriott facilities and the ocean activities nearby, surfboarding and parasailing. Marriott has many activities during the day for all ages, exercises, games, basketball, volleyball, chess, shaved ice and evening activities. Several great golf courses are an easy drive from the Marriott. Maui Resort Really handled everything as promised."

"Kevin was very helpful in matching our needs with one of his units. He communicated directly and honestly about the unit, the process and what we would find once at the Marriott. Check in was smooth and the well kept unit worked very well for our purposes. I would highly recommend Kevin and the Marriott. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the pool and the beach to the beautiful, well-kept unit, to the complimentary classes offered (zumba, yoga, etc). Kaanapali is one of our favorite locations. Thank you, Kevin, for making arrangements and smoothing the way for a seamless, memorable vacation experience."

"Our family spent March 28th- April 4th in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT condo in the Lahaina tower.
Wow! The condo was beautiful, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Plush comfortable beds. Nice furniture. Very well taken care of property. And the views! Spectacular! Truly oceanfront! We saw whales daily from our lanai. What a treat. So relaxing listening to the waves...
The condo is in a prime location. We spent much time using the lawn & pool area below our unit. So relaxing. There is also a much larger elaborate pool area with slides, kiddie area, & waterfalls. We preferred the smaller quiet area. The grounds are beautiful & meticulously groomed. Plenty of lounging chairs were available at any time. And it was so handy to get our towels & then return them at the end of the day. Many mornings, we'd all wander to Starbucks (right on the property), relax outside, & plan our day.
The paved beach walk is great! Ocean & beach on one side. Beautiful luxurious hotels on the other side, & lined with palm trees on both sides of the path. Not bad scenery for a morning stroll or evening walk to one of the many restaurants right on the beach! We also took the path to Whalers Village for shopping & restaurants. About a 10 minute walk.
Even though one wouldn't even have to leave the resort, we did take in some fabulous activities. We went to the "Old Lahaina Luau"...great atmosphere, food, drinks, & show...with the ocean as the backdrop. And if you go during whale season, don't miss going on a whale watching tour. We all went on the "Ultimate Whale Watch". It was simply awesome! A couple from our group went on a helicopter tour which was fabulous as well! We enjoyed a drive around the north side...pretty narrow road but worth the view!
To sum it up, we had a wonderful week in paradise! Justin was very easy to work with, and was readily available to answer any questions we had about our trip. We would definitely rent through him again!"

"We just spent 4 nights at this property. Overall I highly recommend this place, for following reasons:
-Great location, on Kaanipali beach and right between two other large resorts, and short walk from Whalers Village. And parking is convenient and plentiful.
-Ali'i complex has all the services of a large resort, including daily maid service, so you have the space of this large condo plus services of a large hotel.
-The reservation process was hassle-free and Alii was very communicative prior to our stay.
-Not oceanview but the views of West Maui mountains and golf course are tremendous!
-Very spacious condo and lanai...our daughter loved the 2nd bedroom.
- Very hot weather during our stay...the A/C didn't work well at first and had a hard time keeping up with the weather. But I think our visit was during unusually hot weather.
-TV in main room did not work properly. Alii maintenance responded quickly and tried to fix, but did not fix during our stay. But we weren't really there to watch TV!
-Expensive...but compared to other hotels on Kaanapali beach, it's very reasonable considering space you get.
Thanks for Mr. Rachner and Kaanapali Alii staff for making this a great stay. This area of Maui is so much better than anything in or near Waikiki."
