  • wonderful accommodations

"This condo was very clean. The kitchen provided us everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Towels were plush, and the bedding nice. Snorkel gear, booggie boards and an ice cooler were provided also. The bedrooms were a nice size as well as the bathrooms. Closets were large, plenty of room for hanging cloths. An iron and ironing board, fan, hair dryer and sunscreen were a nice surprise for a vacation rental. The towels for the pool were great and free with the curtsey card provided during check-in. Two nice pools and a larger hot tub located close by. The veranda had a great view of the ocean, allowing us to watch the whales from where we sat. There were three T.V.'s, both in the bedrooms and one in the family room. I packed a few detergent pods for the washer which I used twice. Very pleased with all of the amenities. We stopped by Costco outside of the airport which we understand most visitors do for grociers. Great Hawaiian shirts and the pineapple wine was great. Parking was wonderful, we never had difficulty finding a spot to park. We also enjoyed the Expedia presentation in the lobby. The representative provided us with a lot of information about the island and things to do, places to explore. She did not try to sell us anything, just showed the offers Expedia had and the general prices you may expect to see when booking an excursion. I would recommend this 1 hour presentation. It is not a time share thing. They don't care if you book through them or not. I think this condo was worth the price of our stay. We saved money by eating breakfast and dinner there, again the kitchen had everything we needed. A few spices were left in the cabinet. Location of the property was good. All in all I would not hesitate staying here again."

  • Wonderful stay

"We had a wonderful time at the condo in Kaanapali Villas. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed including beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. WE loved going to the beach and/or pool and watching the whales. Thank you Jeanne for a great stay!"

  • Great Resort

"We recently stayed here with our adult sons and daughter-in-law. We loved the location and view from this unit. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Even the Aerobed that my youngest son slept on in the living room was comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit on the lanai comfortably and enjoy the view and the whales frolicking in the ocean. The barbeques on site were always clean and it was great to have a "Grill Master" to offer opinions and help with the grilling. The pools were beautiful and never crowded. Great to be able to go for long walks on the beach and have some really great restaurants and shopping only steps away. We did find a few things that needed some TLC in the unit such as towel racks that were loose and the table on the lanai was quite wobbly. Carpets are starting to show their age. The kitchen was well stocked except for spoons (3 teaspoons and 3 tablespoons). We still very much enjoyed our time at Kaanapali Alii and would stay here again."

  • Magnificent views of the Lahaina shores

"The unit is comfortable and has an ocean view to die for... With the kitchen and grill area, we ate many good meals in. And with good take out and a food market near, we didn't need to venture far, unless we chose to. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean, and woke to whales breaching and slapping their tails. And the sun sets between Lanai and Molokai. All in all, we were out exploring this fabulous island, but the time spent at #80340 was both restful and breathtaking. The Mahana has all the appointments desired."
