  • Had the time of our lives!

"WOW! What a great place and what a great experience. I have been to Hawaii many times but this was by far one of the best. The condo had pretty much everything we needed. We used the pool and hot tub one evening and that was also very clean and relaxing. It's just a 5 minute walk down to the beach and Whalers village. It's also just a 10 minute drive a way from Kapalua Beach , one of my favorite places on Earth!. I would highly recommend staying here."

  • Beautiful condo!

"This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the fact that the second bedroom had 2 queen beds, perfect for our older children. Having stayed at the villas before we knew that we loved the location, the pool and most of all the amazing beach and snorkeling. We see turtles every time .The unit was just as it appears in the photos...very nicely decorated. The bathrooms could definitely use some updating the showers were very old and therefore the grout seems very dirty...however I saw from another review that updating may be taking place soon. The master bedroom was huge and the beds all very comfortable. The balcony patio area was huge and a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee ... It is close to the highway so it's certainly noisy...but only outside ...never heard noise once inside....the kitchen was well stocked with anything one might need to cook. Overall the place was perfect for us and as always we love staying on the less crowded side of Kaanapali ....close enough to town but tranquil beaches"

  • Vacation in the lap of luxury!

"We recently spent seven days at this location and it was more than what we expected. The condo is beautiful, clean and in a gorgeous location with amazing views. The owner's clearly take pride in their rental property and provide well for guests. This visit for us included my parents. This was their first time in Maui and the condo was so impressive that they're looking to go back next summer. My daughter joined us as well and she was near tears when it was time to leave. We'd rent this condo again and recommend it to others who are considering it for their upcoming vacation."

  • Gorgeous views, convenient beachfront location

"If you are looking for a reasonably priced, beachfront property, consider Maui Kai 408. This is an older, but lovingly cared for complex. The cinderblock walls make for an extremely quiet experience, never hearing any neighbors, only the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore outside the sliding windows of the lanai - which we kept open at all times, enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The views from this corner unit are fantastic, with full picture windows on two sides of the Lanai. The beach immediately in front of the unit is not large, but 20 yards to the left begins a mile long beach with great sunning and snorkleling. In whale watching season, you have a front row seat. Free wi-fi, no parking fees, walk to the grocery store, short drive Whaler's Village or up to Napili Bay. We walked to the scooter rental shop and enjoyed a day cruising up the coast to the beautiful, undeveloped coast with snorkling, views, blow hole and small villages. Easy to work the the owner. Definitely worth your consideration for a stay on the West Side."
