  • Perfect location on the Kaanapali Coast

"This was our first and we hope not last stay at this exceptional condo. The location is hard to beat - quiet and peaceful yet just above the action of Kaanapali and all it has to offer. The unit itself is cozy yet beautifully appointed with a lovely collection of art work by local artists. We spent many meals on the lanai with it's splendid ocean view. The kitchen and bathrooms are elegant and functional. The grounds are lush and well tended and home to a number of bird species. This was a memorable vacation made more so by our stay at this delightful home."

  • We stayed in unit 121/123 4/16/14 - 4/27/14

"We enjoyed our stay in unit 121/123 while in Maui 4/16/14 - 4/27/14. Most of all the owner Kurt was very helpful and I hope to work with him again in the future. The condo has 5 lanais that all connect and lead out to a big grass area. We were also right next door to the Whalers Village shopping center, which was very convenient. We were also very close... in walking distance to Black Rock, where the snorkeling is absolutely amazing. The turtles are enormous!!!. Our unit was perfect. It was "fully loaded" with all the comforts of home, including washer/dryer in unit, and a full kitchen. We will definitely be back! Cheers, Rychard/Suman Family"

  • Excellent and comfortable stay :)

"We had a great stay!!! Room 713 is beautifully furnished. All amenities were in excellent condition. We loved the view. On a clear day, you can see Molokai from your bedroom. Everything is exactly what's shown on the picture. All transaction went really smooth from start to finished. Barry was our contact person since Steven was away on a trip. He was very responsive and around to respond to any needs. What my husband loved the most is the sound system in the room. They use "Sonos" which allows us to play our music, you just have to download the app. I just thought that's cool plus. The room has everything you need and more, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice buckets, plastic cups, etc. I cooked a lot and we found almost everything we need to make gourmet meals. The resort has beautiful, well maintained pools, gyms and it's own restaurants, Duke's beach house. There are plenty of lounge chairs for free and Gazebos for rent. We were here during last week of September, which is not the high season and have no problem findings lounges to relax. I can see that it may get a lil crowded during the high. Location is perfect. There is a beach walkway that you can walk. We went as far as almost the Black Rock. Overall, Great resort, a very nice stay and very well maintained room and very professional transaction. Steven has others room in the resort too that may fit more than 2 people."

  • Perfect location for our family!!!!

"Herb and Kathy had prepared us for our arrival and we were not disappointed! Upon arrival we were smacked in the face with a fabulous view. We live in California in an "ocean view home" and this place was able to take our breath away. The kitchen was updated and modern and the bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. We did not utilize the property all that much, but it was always clean and well represented. The location of the building was easy for parking and the proximity to Kaanapali beach was perfect for us! We love Maui and exploring her beauty. We were able to go grocery shopping and pack lunches in the provided ice chest and take off for the day. Many snorkeling spots are in close proximity to the property... We even saw sea turtles. We truly enjoyed the time we spent at Herb and Kathy's! If location to the water is what you are looking for...this is the pace for you. At one point late at night my husband said to me jokingly " hey can you turn down the ocean waves.?? I can't hear the tv!" Relaxing home environment...recommended to family and friends,"
