  • Wonderful family Vacation

"The Honua Kai is absolutely fabulous! The kids loved the pools, and the parents loved the lounge chairs and the drinks delivered by Dukes! Our condo was completely perfect and Lauren is an absolute dream to deal with. I've rented off of VRBO at least a dozen times but this was our first trip to Kaanapali! We will definitely be back :) Mahalo Lauren for the fantastic condo"

  • Awesome!

"This property is the perfect place to stay. It has all of the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped, the layout is perfect and the view is stunning! Having coffee on the lanai with a view of the water was one of my personal faves! There's a well equipped cupboard with beach equipment that we used every day...coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear. The owners have done a great job in making available everything you need for a fabulous stay. The concierge services at the resort were very helpful to make arrangements for tours and such. If you have any reservations about booking this property...you shouldn't. The owners are very helpful and great to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone."

"My husband and I just spent a magical week at the Ka'anapali Royal and can't begin to sing the praises of condo P-301. We agree with its 5-star rating for many reasons. Star One: the property itself; the pool and barbecue option are close, and lush garden-like grounds surround the units and an ample, safe parking lot. Star Two: The condo's location! You can live like a local but participate in as many tourist activities as desired. It's a quick walk to the lively Whaler's Village for shopping, great restaurants, bars, runs or strolls along the boardwalk, and if you're a golfer, you could not be in a better spot! We actually would not have even needed a car. Star Three: The spacious bedrooms and baths and a wonderful, large walk-in-rain-shower that refresh you after a long day in the sun are super amenities you'd only find at expensive hotels! Star Four: The well- appointed kitchen, dining room and welcoming living room with great audio-visual options and amazing views to Lanai and Molokai tempt you to cook all meals at home and catch up on all your favorite TV programs. Lounging was our favorite activity--breakfasts, siestas, and cocktails on the condo lanai! Star Five: The ease of booking and coordinating our stay with the condo owners and the price value were priceless. Overall, this condo best suits the needs of everyone who wants to escape the hubbub of overcrowded resorts and to share the experience of locals living in a peaceful paradise while taking advantage of beach activities and exploration of the island--everything you'd want for a relaxing and serendipitous holiday! We will be back soon."

"Although the condo was wonderful and we had a great holiday, there was an issue with some of the cleaning. One of the first things you notice is the stained carpet. The light fixture in the dining room was full of dead bugs, so just vacuumed that out. The water and ice dispenser on fridge looked like it had mold on it, so cleaned and disinfected. The grills on cold air returns looked terrible, not sure if they were really dirty or rusted. A little cleaning or replacing would do wonders for this place. Was nice having the barbecue on lanai, used it quite often. Very roomy condo. Aloha Luxury Properties were very easy to deal with."
