"My husband and I rented this property for our last 3 nights on Maui, and it was a great choice. The highlight was the location and view from the lanai. We enjoyed coffee overlooking the ocean each morning, and dinner or a glass of wine to watch the sunset each evening. Unfortunately we missed whale season, but we did see sea turtles come right up to the shore from the lanai which was great! The inside was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom has been updated and looks great. The only thing I would suggest is a kitchen upgrade next. The condo was clean and the grounds were very well-kept (we used the grills onsite). Even though the room overlooked the pool, it was quite 90% of the time. We also liked that condo is very close to beaches and amenities. We walked to a little beach right next door to swim and watch the sunset, and we also enjoy sushi take-out a couple times from a nearby restaurant (miso phat). Thanks for helping make our visit to Maui amazing Sandy!"

"This place is a little gem. It's got an amazing view, pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen, lots of stuff for the ocean (boogie boards, beach chairs, some snorkeling gear, an umbrella), plus an extremely comfortable bed!
You can look over the balcony and watch turtles swimming in the ocean right below or rest on the lounge chairs and gaze at the horizon. We also saw the most amazing rainbows!
There is no elevator, so you must be able to climb the stairs, but they are broken up into short sections with little landings if that is helpful.
You will not be disappointed, it is such a delightful little place."

"We loved this place. We stayed here with another couples. Each of us were celebrating our 30 anniversary. It had everything we wanted and more. The view is gorgeous especially at sunset. The swimming pool was warm and grills were the cleanest we've ever seen. It's been decorated very tastefully. There was nothing that could have made it any better."

"We stayed at Kahana Nui for Christmas week in 2014. There were four families with kids. It was an amazing experience. The house is peaceful, right on the ocean, and large enough for 14 people to hang out without tripping over one another. The view and the serenity are unparalleled (and remember, this was Christmas week when the Islands are just overrun). We ate most of our meals in, and the kitchen accommodated us without problem. The beach is a little rocky, but if you walk down the street two houses there is a beautiful (and empty) sandy beach. There's a lovely little pool in the back with an attached hot tub. WiFi was fast and reliable.
We rented paddle boards from "Alex" at Maui Stand Up Paddle Rentals (http://www.mauisuprental.com), which we highly recommend. Launch right from the back door into the protected bay there. Alex and his crew deliver and pick up the boards for free and give you the necessary instruction (it's not hard).
An excellent experience. You won't go wrong."
