  • Great experience

"We stayed at this wonderful condo for our stay on Maui. It is just 15 minutes north of Lahaina. Beautiful, beautiful views from the main balcony and the bedroom. The place was spotless and had all the amenities you need! The beach is a 10 minute walk (you can drive it in two minutes) but very nice and had very few people on it the two times we were there. The manager was very nice and communicated by email almost immediately when I had questions. The place is plenty large enough for a family with kids sleeping on the sofa. Some reviews complained about the lawnmowers early in the morning. I heard them one morning only because I was awake from the time difference. It was not at all disturbing and my wife slept right through it. The only draw back to this location is that it is in far northwest corner of island so if you are thinking about doing a lot on the other side of the island you have to take time into account. My wife and I will return to this place in the future!"

  • Maui Paradise

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Great beach access right at your door step. There was never more than 20 people total on the beach at any one given time. It was like our own private paradise. Super good snorkeling. Nice pathway that provided access to several 5-star resorts. A must do for the once in a lifetime vacation."

  • Lovely condo

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo is beautiful and location great. Vicky with the rental company was a joy to work with. The photos on the website are very accurate. We and a great stay and there are mostly positives so I will only focus on a few items that disappointed and someone might want to be aware of if renting. We had originally booked with another couple, but they had to cancel last minute due to a medical issue. Although we were told the upstairs loft bedroom had been enclosed, we discovered when we arrived that it is NOT. Be aware that the upstairs master bedroom is an open loft and although you can't see upstairs from downstairs, you can hear EVERYTHING from downstairs and visa/versa. Probably best for a family or VERY close friends, but not suitable for two couples who want privacy. We would have been very disappointed sharing it with our friends with the lack of privacy. There are a couple of minor maintenance issues that need tending to. Many of the low louvered windows are non-operational and the toilet seats are loose. Three lovely bathrooms, but all showers. Would have been nice to have one bathtub. The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking, but not for someone who is a foodie and really enjoys cooking. Would be nice if the complex had a Jacuzzi and also wish the pools were open later than 8 p.m. (for quiet adults). We discovered that the beach below the property has ants everywhere so be aware of that if you put your things (or your butt...haha) on the sand. There beach towels, 3 beach chairs, two umbrellas, some boogie boards in the unit. Kapalua and Napili beaches are very close by and wonderful beaches. We really enjoyed the free shuttle. Other than the minor complaints above, the unit is BEATIFUL and we enjoyed our stay. The views from the unit are gorgeous! Oh, the on-site market (Honolua Market on Office Rd) is GREAT, like an upscale ABC store and has everything you might need including wonderful prepared food."
