Wonderful and beautiful home with great location & views
"Spectacular home, the great video and pictures for this listing cannot do justice to the beauty of this home. Dave was a responsive and easy person to deal with ,who we appreciated. This is a home where you are immediately comfortable. It has a spectacular, well equipped kitchen and chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants, although easier with a car. Yet, away from hustle and bustle of south side of Maui. Great location on the coastal trail. We enjoyed walking that beautiful trail every single day. It is a very comfortable home that is a great place for a vacation. It is also a wonderful space that is very open with lots of views. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Plus, we loved the tempurpedic beds!"

"My first word when we stepped in the unit was "Clean!!" It was spotless clean, very spacious and made us feel very comfortable with modern furniture with island flavor. We have been back to Kapalua for our anniversary every year, this was our first time to stay in this villa because unfortunately Ritz was sold out but it turned out the location was actually more convenient for us to walk down to Kapalua Beach where we usually enjoy snorkeling. The unit is located over the swimming pool, you can look down at the pool from the window. All pictures posted on the site are exactly the same and actually look better in person. The view from the window is priceless. We enjoyed breakfast and cafe au lait at lanai looking over the ocean with birds singing. Very easy access to drive in and out as well. Walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Pineapple Grill. Enough towel sets for 3-4 days for 2 people then you will have a linen service, you will get new sets of towels, 3 beach towels, if you stay more than 5 days, you will refill toilet tissues. Bath room is very spacious and I really liked the shower area. Kitchen was well equipped with a few trash bags, detergent, paper towel, sponge, dish washer detergents, coffee filter...etc. The first morning I tried to make a smoothie, the blender was not working so I called the management number, they brought a new one very quickly. Washer and dryer became very handy, we utilized them. This beautiful Bay Villa reflects how much Patty and Rick care about their guests and provided us five star rating experience. We diffinitely recommend this place and we would like to stay again. Mahalo and Aloha to Patty and Rick!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We already miss this place! As others have said, this villa is even better than the pictures indicate--it is well decorated, the kitchen is well stocked for eating and cooking, the bathroom is huge, and the views wonderful. The wifi didn't work for us-- we could have called the onsite manager but we decided that no wifi was a blessing. We needed nothing to distract us from enjoying the surroundings. The bed was a little too soft for our tastes, but that wouldn't stop us from returning. Oneloa Beach is a stair walk below the property, and we had fun boogie boarding there. There is also a long trail along the ocean front where we explored the many rock formations, watched the sun set, walked to Kapulua Beach for snorkeling, and strolled to Napili Beach to eat at the Sea House Restaurant. We also frequently visited Honolua Store, a longer, hotter walk but doable. We ventured to Lahaina and Ka'anapali but found everything we needed was right where we were staying. We had read reviews about the rain and wind in this area but during our stay it rained little and whatever wind there was brought welcome cool. We planned our trip last minute, and were fortunate to stay here. Vicky was very helpful throughout the process. This was our first real vacation in five years, and we couldn't have been more pleased."
