"This was my sixth visit to this condo and I have never been disappointed. This time we found that the bathroom had been totally remodeled. Nice large shower with glass doors, two sinks with a large vanity and good lighting. Very nice remodel job. That means everything has now been totally redone. The condo couldn't be better but the really best part is the location. The surf lulls you to sleep, the sunsets entertain while you eat on the lanai and the bay which is steps from your door hosts lots of turtles and fish for one of the best spots to snorkel. You have to try it to believe it. We've already made reservations for next year."

Great Value, location, view in the heart of Kapalua Bay
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We spent a great week in this suite. The price is great for the location and the view. There are other suites that are updated and the rates reflect it. This suite is huge for 2, and was clean. It clearly needs updating - carpets are old, washroom and kitchen desperately need a remodel. There are no extras for the beach like snorkel gear, boogie boards or sun chairs like the other suites. You can rent them at the next bay over (5 min walk) but you are better off buying them from Kmart or bringing them from home because the rentals are pricey even for Maui. The washer and dryer were nice to have. An added bonus was having up to $100 of groceries delivered to the suite (you just need to tell them what you want in advance) since we got in late and the coffee and breakfast items were a lifesaver the next morning. This was the best part of the concierge service other than that they are clearly very busy and if you want to book something you are probably better off to do it yourself online. Vicky was really great to deal with in booking the suite. She followed up, called and made sure we had all of our documents. The overall resort was beautiful but there is no gym and the Montage Spa is ridiculously priced for any spa service."

"Recently spent 12 days at this incredible property, the condo has everything you need and then some. Great location on the golf course and only minutes away from the Kapalua beach where there is incredible snorkeling. I highly recommend this property to anybody that wants a relaxing holiday in paradise. I will be staying there again."

"This is our second stay in Platinum property. Both were lovely. The décor honors local heritage and puts you in the mood for an island adventure. The location was excellent, and for the most part, very quiet. We preferred the larger unit as the bathroom is very tight for two in this property. Also, the bedroom is on the east side of the condo and does not have blackout blinds. This means that you will wake early if you are sensitive to light and since it faces the parking lot, headlights of late arrivers may come through as well. We preferred the unit with the bedroom on the golf course side. The balcony on this property is awesome. We spent every morning and evening out there. The owners provided chairs, snorkel gear, and other items for going out and about, which we greatly appreciated. We also were thankful for the chocolates upon arrival, very nice touch.
Dave was helpful and available as always! Although we did not take him up on his offer to get our groceries, it was so nice to know that was even an option. He recommended the Hula Girl catamaran and we HIGHLY suggest that as an activity. It is a little more expensive than the rest, but worth every penny. They don't over crowd the boat, their is ample seating for all, and their food and drink prices are excellent as well as the quality. We love the Honolua store, very reasonable prices there as well, and I did my fare share of comparing. We attended Easter service on the property as well at the local church which was very inviting. Nothing like going to church with the ocean at your back."
