  • Great Condo!

"We stayed here for 1 week in Sept. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. The laundry is actually in a separate building and is a pay per use. Condo was VERY clean when we arrived. Condo has it's own mini beach right outside. We saw 2 sea turtles while there, one actually came up on the beach! Amazing. It was our first time using vbro and Sam & George are fast to reply and provided great suggestions on things to do while there. We loved our trip to Hawaii."

  • Perfect Vacation Home!!!

"We were fortunate enough to enjoy 9 days at Ryan's beautiful home. Our group consisted of 2 families with total 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 2.5 yrs to 7yrs). First, Ryan was professional & prompt from beginning to end and very easy to work with. Upon arrival after a hectic day of travel, we were extremely impressed with the property. It's privately enclosed by automatic gate and has a separate beach cottage that's occupied by Ryan's lovely mother (she helped us with any questions and made sure we had everything we needed). The drive way is very large easily accommodating up to 3 cars. The surrounding grass area wrapping around the house is huge allowing the kids to run around freely. As seen from the photos and other reviewer's comments, the home, beach & views are incredible. It's such a pretty location that we hired a local photographer to take family photos just outside the beach gate during one of the amazing sunsets. Overall, it easily surpassed our expectations with it's perfect location, amenities and level of service Ryan provided. We are truly blessed to have been able to spend our summer vacation together in Maui and Ryan's home definitely was a huge part of our perfect vacation. Mahalo Ryan! Please send our warm regards to your mom!"

  • Our favorite ocean-front vacation condo we've ever stayed at!!! Turtles, sunsets, beaches!!

"We loved this place! Wow! From the minute you park & walk the flower lined path to this place a feeling of calm excitement comes over you. Open the door and the literally feet from your lanai has got to be the prettiest view you will ever see and the waves hitting the beach have an alluring sound you will never forget. The ancient lava rocks frame the open sand beach just steps away. We hadn't even unpacked yet and notice giant sea turtles swimming right in front our condo. Forget National Geographic - when you stay here, you're "LIVING" the pages most people only get to experience from a magazine. We loved having a full kitchen! Traveling with 2 teenage girls - some mornings we had cereal and some morning we had scrambled eggs, bacon (pre-cooked from the store!), and fresh pineapple on the lanai. A big grocery store is nearby. The condo has several gas grills which are clean and easy to use - there's something magical about cooking outside overlooking the ocean and the neighbor islands. This condo is close to Napili and Kapalua beaches. We packed snacks/drinks and used the small ice chest that was at our unit. The coin operated washers/dryers are spotless & up to date. We found some great restaurants - one you MUST try is called 'Star Noodle'. Another is a little non-touristy place near called "The Fish Market". The owner brings in fresh fish every day - be brave and try the Tako Poke! Delish!!!! But our favorite part of the trip was the daily snorkel runs we made almost every morning. You won't believe your eyes when you see the massive sea turtles and the tropical fish that swim just yards from this place. Our family got to relax, have fun - a reconnect with each other. We can't wait to go back to this place!"

  • spring break visit

"We stayed a week with three people-very spacious has all you need. cleanliness is at my minimum acceptable, but I'm pretty picky-hopefully maid isn't paid a lot as deep clean is not done. Another problem was little ants, but I think that is what you get on the island. owners had ant killer that seemed to keep the population down. this is an older unit, no central ac as advertised, but we acclimated pretty quickly. street noise may be a problem for some, but most places in this area are close to the highway. lots of dishes-which leaves little room for any storage of food and with the ants, you want to watch what you put on the counter. the hot water is solar, we had plenty for 3 of us, not sure how it would work for a larger group, there is a switch somewhere for electric hot water. best thing is the lanai with the beautiful tropical view of plants and lizards. pools were great. washer and dryer were nice to have. owners make everything very easy, we called the manager to get codes as clubhouse is not manned on the weekends. all went well and it has nice sized bedrooms with lots of closet and drawer space."
