"I mmust say this was a wondrous resort. My first time in an infinity pool - very relaxing atmosphere. There was lots to do around the near area, beaches, grocery, restaurants, and all that. The condo fit our wants to a tee, and no one was left for the lacking. It would have been nice to have a beach right out back, but the couple block walk wasn't so bad - and hey you got the infinity pool back at the resort."Guest: Streets Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 17, 2014View listing
"Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveled to Maui to celebrate my sisters 50th anniversary. Unit was located next to the water with a large grassy area between the front door and the waves. Ocean breezes were a blessing as the unit has no air conditioning just ceiling fans, however the front room fan would not operate as fast as the bedroom limiting the amount of cooling. Overall a great experience and fantastic location to view the sunsets every day. Unit is well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. We got lost trying to find the unit as the street sign is hidden by foliage so we passed the road and had to turn around and come back to the intersection. Unit is showing it's age and needs some attention to make it more appealing. The bedroom screen door would fall of it's rollers when opened and should be considered for replacement. The rear bathroom toilet wax seal appeared to be leaking as there was brown water on the tile around the base. There was mold in the sealer around the shower door in the rear bathroom and around the tub in the front bathroom and most disgusting of all was mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers where the dish towels and utensils were located. I know that in a tropical location bugs and rodents are a constant battle but the management company might want to consider a good walk through/cleaning before guests arrive."Guest: Thomas Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 8, 2014View listing
"We had 10 great days staying in Puamana in July. We were a family of 5 (grandparents, parents and 1 year old child). The grandparents slept on the pull-out sofa, but we had all of the space we needed and put it away each day. The outdoor patio and lawn space was great for our child and we spent most of the time outside anyway. The unit location is right by the entrance to Puamana and the road, but we didn't hear a thing the entire time. It's also a very easy walk to the pool and to the beach, which we did every day. The unit had everything we needed (charcoal BBQ, snorkelling gear etc). Jill also organised a crib for our little one, which was much appreciated. We had a car for the time that we were there (note that there is a $10/day charge to keep it at the unit that isn't in the cost), but it was also an easy 15 minute walk along front street into the shopping and dining area. We had a number of friends stay in other units (some double story, some with more rooms, some oceanfront), but I can say that none were as good value as ours. And Jill was extremely helpful and accommodating (even fielding a call in the middle of the night when we finally arrived after some delays!) We'll definitely be back!"Guest: Cameron W.
